I am working in Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS, Min.of HRD, Govt.of India. My consumer No. with HP Super Gas Agency, Kumarapuram is 611714.
I booked for a cylinder on 20.11.2008 . When I contacted the gas agency I am toild that the booking is billed and ready for delivery on 5.12.08 . The delivery man brought the cylinder to my house on 06.12.2008, but I was not there. I again called the delivery boy and told “since I am working please bring the cylinder on Monday, 09.12.2008. But, even though he accepted my request, the cylinder has not yet been delivered till date. On 11.12.2008, my husband enquired about the same, the agency told the same that has happened.
Kindly clarify what I have to be done for getting the gas cylinder, if one time they came.
I have only one cylinder and booked for 2nd cylinder last 5 years. But upto this, the same also not received. I am managing with One cylinder. Last one week I am suffering. This is happening repeatedly.
