[Resolved]  Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd — Order misused... merchant or payment gateway

Dear Sir,

I have placed the order through this site "http://suratdiamond.com".

Here is the order details: P-145 A hearty Affair, Pendant- order no : SD/2/2011/2445.

And I have made payment through the same website. Amount also deducted from my SBI A/C.
Details:
TO TRANSFER
INB Surat Diamonds Jewellery
MERCHANT_CODE Paymen
14069495IG40120192
TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O
2,332.00

But still the order is pending status in that site. I Called that company but they replied "We did not receive any order like that".

I have explained them many times, but vain. Getting very rudely answers from them.

Please take necessary action
