I have placed an order with surat diamonds on 14th August 2022 with orderid-
SD/8/2022/199974 which had pendant and earrings. I have not received any update on these delivery of my product yet. Money is deducted from my account. Please let me know what should I do now.

Hi I m Daman jeet.I took swarn mundra plan from Surat diamond jewellery pvt ltd through Reliance Money 2 year back.after some installment i was not satisfied with their services so i stoped my all next payment and till that time i had paid 24 thousand rupee.Before they guys told me that you will get your gold very soon and from last 3 month that time not come yet.whenever i call them they guys just say u will get it next 48 hours.they ask me for a address proof. i mailed it but still no response i m totally frustated with this behaviour. please guys help me out of this matter. I have placed order for a diamond pendent through on-line purchase. The pendant was supposed to be of 18 cart gold. When the product delivered I got it checked at one of the most trusted Jwellary shop and found that it was only of 11.5 carat gold.

When I complained to the seller, they did not responded to my complaint after making repeated calls, they finally agreed to return my money without any damages.

Very few people will check teh product, Surat Diamonds is a cheat. beware of them. Never make any online purchase from them.

22 days is over still they not dispatch my order,
First i contact them after a week 7 days, they said, ring is in manufacturing, it take 10 days, after that it will dispatch,

i contact them after 12 days, they say you order is near to dispatch it will complete in this week, i call them after 16 days, they say same, and Now also same, 22 days over,

THIS IS VINOD ROHILLA. I BOOKED A SET WITH SURAT DIAMONDS ON 14/7/2011 FORM SURAT DIAMONDS. I MADE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD. AFTER WAITING SO MANY DAYS ON 27/7/2011 MAIL COMES IN WHICH THEY SAID YOUR ORDER NO 17977 HAS SHIPPED ON 27/7/2011. BUT I HAVENOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I TAKED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID ORDERED IS SHIPPED. I SAID I HAVNOT RECEIVED... I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME DOCKET NO. THE SAID THEY WILL MAIL ME ...BUT NO MAIL TILL 29/7/2011. I TAKED AND MAILED SO MUCH TIMES BUT PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED....

SO FRIENDS BE ALERT...... SURAT DIAMONDS HAVE NO TRACK OF THEIR SHIPMENT AND NO PROPER METHODS... IF SOMETHING MISSED... NO SUPPORT AS THEY CLAIMS..... SO ITS UPTO YOU TO DEAL WITH SURAT DIAMONDS... SURAT DIAMONDS HAVE FANCYSITE TO ATTERECT PEOPLE BEWARE .

Few Weeks back I order one pair of diamond earrings for my wife from www.suratdiamond.com which cost me around INR 17,500, got the product deliver on time , but was surprise with the way they people deal.
firstly product was send without any invoice , when i raise this concern and they react and send me the invoice but without any product specification written on this (No diamond Cts, Color etc only Product model mentioned as if it is some patent and will remain with same specification forever ), when I mail them to send product specification/Diamond Authentification certificate they leased bother and did’t even care to reply ,Just felt like if I had purchase vegetables online , one can image if you buy diamond jewellery without authenticate certificate issued by the jewelar where really your purchase stands, so I suggest go for some reputed jeweler for buying diamond jewellery instead from some one who is not confident to give his customer Product Specification/Diamond Authentification certificate.

I ordered for Pearl Pendant as part of Imint offer Surat diamond has debited my amount but still not deliverred the pendant. Customer care is worst no response to emails WORST company never do any business with them. I am checking options to file the Fraud case against them

I have purched a set of books from India Today Book Club in which I got a gift voucher worth Rs. 5000/- by which i can either choose a holiday package or purched a diamond jwellery from Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd. I selected second option and ordered a diamond earring of Rs. 10000/- from Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd on 09-Sep-2008 by Order Number : SD/2008/1137. They replyed me through e-mail that my order was accepted and i have to pay ramaing Rs5000/-. I deposited that money to Surat Diamond as per their instruction.
Thereafter I received their mail that they got money and sending my order within 15 days. But when i don't got my order i informed them about that so many times by e-mail and over telephone.
They are now returned me check of Rs. 5000/- instead sending my order or check of Rs. 10000/- along with interest. I had complaint about this to Surat Diamond and India Today Book Club.

So please give me advice how can my complaint be redress and what option I have.

India Today offered me Sacred chants for 2000/-I recd those.Then they offered:1)free holiday
2)Reebok shoes
3)5000/-off on selected Surat Diamonds jewellery
Someone called and asked me what size of shoes I reqd.That was the last I heard...When I mailed them 2 mths later to find out about the shoes, I was told that the offer was not there.When I gave them proof, they backtracked and promised to send an order form.That was on 7/11/2008.i have heard nothing after that.
I used the Surat Diamond voucher and ordered diamond earrings for12, 000/- After the 5000/- voucher was adjusted, I paid 7000/-with my credit card.Enclosing their acknowledgement.
