We have entered into Annual Maintenance Contract with Surya Elevators in the month of July 2011 by paying Rs 13236/- (Rs 12000/- + Service Tax of Rs 1236/- @10.3%). Scan copy of our AMC is attached for your information and but they have accounted Rs in their books of Account and paid Rs only to Govt of India as service Tax and the balance amount is pocketed by Company. The unfair trade practice is followed by Company with most of their customers for the past several years. When company collect money in the name of Service Tax, it should be deposited with Govt of India, if they fail to do so then it should be treated as fraud.
We sincerely request you to investigate the matter thoroughly/seriously and take appropriate step for stopping this practice.
