I stay at kaggadaspura, bangalore. Our appartment name is reghna sai residency. I am part of the association and putting this complaint onbehalf of the association. Anyone can mail me at [protected]@gmail.Com. The builder purchased 2 lifts from surya stating the reason that surya is the best brand among lifts. It was said that was the most responsive at the dial of their customer care number. Whether surya sold a defective lift to builder...

We have entered into Annual Maintenance Contract with Surya Elevators in the month of July 2011 by paying Rs 13236/- (Rs 12000/- + Service Tax of Rs 1236/- @10.3%). Scan copy of our AMC is attached for your information and but they have accounted Rs in their books of Account and paid Rs only to Govt of India as service Tax and the balance amount is pocketed by Company. The unfair trade practice is followed by Company with most of their customers...
