I am from a town, hosur, in tamilnadu. Last year i bought an emergency lamp from the verdor Swot Agencies, Trichy, tamil nadu in an exhibition. I have a proper bill. within 15 days the lamp was not working and after repeated calls for the given numbers in the bill. initially there was some response and they told that they are in some other exhibition and will replace the lamp within 15 days. But after repated efforts the lamp was not replaced / repaired. Please advise on how ti go about in serving a legal notice to that company thru consumer law. Was this information helpful? |
