[Resolved]  Surya emergency Lamp — Not working

Hi,

We bought a Surya emergency lamp from Shree Assocites ( Chennai - Address below ) in the month of 3/9/2011..it was delivered by one Mr. V. Karthikeyan.[protected]. He told us to keep it in charger for atleast few hours before it gets activated. we did that and it works only once...after that it was completely out of working condition even after charging for a whole day...when we contacted the service number, they send a person ( Mr. Pitchumani after couple of attempts..!!) and he has taken away the product for servicing...afer which they didn't turned up..when we called one Jayashree attended the call ( couple of days..) after that it goes for esacaltion and it was attended by Mr. Kumaresh - [protected] he said, we need to replace the battery and also asked for Rs.500/. we argued with him about that...after that he asked us to pay Rs.300/. we refused to pay that amount as it was purchased just 4 months ago..now a days they are not picking my call or someone else is attending... !! we are very much frustrated with that...!

Please do the needful.
