[Resolved]  Surya TV — Surya TV Game Show Prize not given

Respected Sir,
I have seen advertisment in Surya TV for couples game show called "Vivel Honeymoon Travels". We got invitation and participiated in the program on 11th March 2010. We won the Prize with a Completly Free trip to Mumbia and Lonavala. The program got telecasted on April 2010.
We contacted Surya TV multiple times regarding the program and they have not arranged for the Trip we won.
They asked multiple documents like Address Proof, Marriage Certificate, Pan Card Copy and we have submitted all such documents.
We got call from Lotus Lounge Holidays travel agent and they asked for 3 preferable dates. We have given 3 prefered dates to both Lotus Travels and Surya TV multiple times since May 2010.
But unfortunatly, they are just dragging this and not interested to provide the won Mumbia Trip.
We would like to get your support to get us the trip we won.
