[Resolved]  Sushma Gas Agency, Mansarovar, Indane Jaipur — delay in cylinder supply & misbehave of gas agency people

Dear sir,
I am customer of Indane LPG Gas.My Customer No. is 46592 in name of shyam lal sharma. the behaviour of sushma gas agency staff & supplier is very bad towards to client. last month they delivered cylinder on 5 nov. 09 after making many calls but when i attached the cylinder , cylinder was not showing gas & started making huge noise& i found noise of water also inside cylinder. i contacted to gas agency but no body picked the phone than i called-up on emergency no. which i found on gas slip but that guy told he dose'nt have time. after this i placed cylinder in safe & open space. after making many call finally from gas agency miss. jyoti picked the phone & said she is sending some mechanic for checking cylinder with in a 30 min. but nobody came after waiting of 2 hrs, than i made call again & again to gas agency but they started making sense less excuses. next day,when i said to miss jyoti ,i will complaint against gas agency , she said "what ever u want to do , because we don't care & we have setting everywhere". well i request her to provide the contact no. of gas agency owner but she said the owner dosent have time to talk with customers. finally i they said to contact to moolchand[gas supplier], when i contacted him he said in very rudely manner , for cylinder i have to come at his place. finally i got cylinder from his place near by 14 nov. 09. same day we booked cylinder but till now we didn't get delivery of cylinder gas agency people made all the time excuses & now especially moolchand[gas supplier], when ever i call him he cut my call or switch off his cell. our gas cylinder has finished 10 days ago & my family facing so much problems, because our both gas cylinder r empty now. supplier said indirectly to take cylinder from him in black.
this is request you please do some action against sushma gas agency, mansrovar, jaipur. kindly inform me on my e-mail id for further communication.

Indane Domestic Gas — Delay in supply and misbehave

Dear Sir,

A booking for gas was made with Aar Dee Gas Bangla Bazar, Lucknow. It was assured that within 5 days the gas will be delivered.The same was not delivered, when the agency was contacted on 18-3-08., They gave another date i.e 23-3-08.When asked about the reason the manager misbehaved.Kindly intervene in this matter and help the costomers. It seems the black marketing is rampart.A investigation may be made.

Dear sir,
The affairs of gas distributionof State Govt. Employess Consumers CO-op Stores Ltd, court compund, Burdwan (PH no:[protected] need be investigated immediately regarding the following matters.

1) Since my connection was started on 24.10.08 here no home delivery was made to my residence despite timely booking. No answer is available from the management of the societry except their curt behaviour.
2) Presently and in the past also we are made to stand in the line hours together where only 30 cylinders are being distributed by them daily.
3) In last 34 months since 24.10.05, i have only provided with 15 cylinders and it is obvious that the rest of my alloted cylinders went to black market.
4)No computerised priorities is maintainted in the society and the management seems to work on whims ignoring all consumers rights.
5) No stock board is displayed publicly regarding the availibility of cylinders in a particular day.
6)Though i have double cylinder, i have never been supplied two cylinders.

I sincerely hope that, you will look into the matter and restore home delivery @ 25 days gap, since it is presently believed that there is no shortage of supply from indane .

Indane Gas — Misbehavior of Mansarovar Indane Gas Service Jaipur employee.

Sir,
I booked my gas on Friday (17/10/08)through no 1260 which are provided by the agency for the bokking of my gas.As it was done on computerised answering machene so I was not confirmed that my gas is booked or not. To day (23/10/2008) I call the agency for confirming my booking but there were no reply from the tel numer[protected]. I have to rush to the agency and asked the madem (who were sitting on the phone)whether the phone is not working or she do not have time to attend the customers. She replied in such a manner like "why do u come to the agency.. you may have telling lye etc." I told her that I am avoiding my office just for this trifle work and Why should I tell u a lie...If you have a doubt u can check my calling details through BSNL of my phone no[protected] of 23/10/08 time 09.55 hours to 10.20 hours.And unfortunatly it is second incident when I have to rush to your gency avoiding my office and work."
Her way of talking was totally rude and not customer friendly.
You are requested to suggest its owner to train his employees to behave like a gentleman to avoid such instances again.

gas cylinder — MANSAROVAR INDANE

The INDANE GAS AGENCY at JAIPUR in Mansarovar is black marketing the cylinders for marriages and does not providing to their customer .. I must say i m one there lucky customer and i get my cylinder after 90 days or more usually tht to after regular follow ups...
I need to put this openly for people living in mansarovar, jaipur that kindly dont go for this agency .. these people are mother[censored]ers and cam only provide you the cylinder in BLACK...

Sushma gas service, Mansarovar — Not issuing cylinder to us since 2 months

The person (Mr. RamavtarSingh) who have duty to deliver us the cylinders every month is so negligent he's saying i'll do this tommorrow n tommorrow and he is not delivering us the cylinder since 2 months. please take an appropriate action so that your customer will not suffer.
My Name is Suman Bayee Choudhary and Address is B-17 Sujan Vihar Nandpuri Hawa Sarak. I am calling from 1 march to till date[protected] but my gas cylender is not supplied my the hokkar or agency they are not replying properly. the supplier is khemsingh in this area. kindly help us to supply cylender we are facing problem for preparing food. I will be very thankful to you for this act of your kindness.

My name is N K Dabi. My consumer No. is S6074. I am a user of Indane gas for last 20 years. I have been booking refueling by Automatic Refueling system. Every thing was going very smoothly, suddenly this time after booking three times every time the booking was cancelled and I was asked to go to Sushma Gas Agency . When I went to Sushma Gas Agency office, I was told that Manager will only solve your problem. I tried many times to contact the Manager but could not meet him and my refueling is not yet booked. Kindly do solve the problem
