[Resolved]  suvidha account — password rejection saying error da021

respected sir/madam
i'm sagar having suvidha account with citibank bearing account no.[protected] and the card no [protected]. Recently i have set my password for online transactions. But today when i'm trying to access my account by using the same password it is showing an error da021 and advised me to call customer care. But the no. u have provided is accessible to only bsnl phones. not for cellular phones and other landline operators. i request you to kindly address my issue at the earliest. even u can call me on this behalf on my mobille no. [protected].

My name is hemchandra and i m also having an account with CitiBank. I was getting the same error that u have mentioned and i have found what was going wrong. U may be trying to login into which is citibank site for US.

Try logging in which is the Citibank site for India. I hope that your issue has been resolved and u can happily do ur internet banking ;-).

Hi my name is Rizwan Hussain, am attempt to login to my suvidha account for the first time But there is an error saying you may enterd your card number wrongly and you may enterd your ipin wrongly . eventhough i enterd correct one as they given . its showing the same error as i mentioned avbove. can any one help me out to resolve this issue
