i'm sagar having suvidha account with citibank bearing account no.[protected] and the card no [protected]. Recently i have set my password for online transactions. But today when i'm trying to access my account by using the same password it is showing an error da021 and advised me to call customer care. But the no. u have provided is accessible to only bsnl phones. not for cellular phones and...

I have citi bank ac for the last 2 yrs. Initialy I dont know and not interested to know about ready credit facility. they debited some amount after that they themself credited the same amount again i called up and told them to cancel the facility they told this is mandatory!!! So I was not caring about. But I saw my account statement after 6 months. there were hell lot of debits. appr 2500/- per month. they are telling a big story for this....
