Suzuki - Access — Rear frame found defective/rusted

i have purchased suzuki access 21/12/2007from Chowgule Motors, Kolhapur, Maharashtra and after few months also purchased various accessories including steel frame guardcovering rear and side area of vehicle. But the frame has got rusted within 20 days...This was really shocking to me. Infact many of customers have complained at the same showroom.The authorised person of the dealer has already sent u the photos of the rusted part of the frame.But still ur service engineer has not visited the showroom nor has taken it into account.I request u 2 kindly clear the matter immediately and we want u 2 give replacement as quickly as possible or refund the cash with tax on it. We will not listen to any kind of warranty expire in case of delay of the action against it.I would consider this as a registered complaint.
