The undersigned have purchased a Motor Cycle Model GS 150R on[protected] from your authorized dealer Classic Omega Auto (P) Ltd, Thrissur, Kerala. The servicing of the vehicle is being carried out within the approved schedules. Last servicing of the motor cycle was done on[protected]. Previous 2-3 servicing date I had reported some complaint in the vehicle that while in running there is some unusual sound from chain cover.
But they did not rectify the complaint. During the last 2-3 servicing also the same complaint was brought to their notice but in vain.
One month back my bike’s clutch cable broken, but they unable to change the cable till the day of writing this letter for the reason out of stock.
Since the complaints are not rectified, I doubt that the mechanics of your dealer could not detect the vehicle complaint or they are not technically qualified to find out the complaint and they are not keeping sufficient stock of parts.
I shall be thankful if you would kindly let me know further steps to be taken to get the vehicle complaint rectified and parts availability for smooth riding. Was this information helpful? |
