[Resolved]  Suzuki Gs150r — Bike problems

i have brought a suzuki gs 150R from Swargate Suzuki in Pune. The bike had mileage problems right from the 1st km....around 30-31 per litre, when contacted the service centre, they said its because the bike is new, the problem will be solved after 1st service....but unfortunately, the problem worsened after the 1st service, the mileage dropped to around 25-26kms per litre, moreover, the engine started making rattling noises, disc brakes went loose and make irritating noise, knocking problem occured, moreover the chain of the bike had problems, the gears were'nt smooth...the headlight assembly shakes as if there if is no nut bolt fit to it...the rpm indicator doesnt work....

inspite of so many problems in "A NEW BIKE", when the problems continued, i didnt get any response from the service centre, the supervisor of the same speaks as if he is owner of suzuki, doesnt agree that the problems exist....now i am HARRASSED mentally tooo much, these people still seem to be reluctant over these problems,

I PLAN TO DRAG THEM TO THE CONSUMER FORUM....

thats the only way the international brand will understand the power of domestic consumers....

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF PURCHASING THIS BIKE FRIENDS....

Right dude, go ahead.These international brand should be taught a lesson.My gs too has a problem.The gear most often in the traffic get stucks nd while changing gear i could hear some 'Tak' sound, but the service center i.e SHIV AUTORIDERS near KSB chowk CHINCHWAD they know something is wrong with this product but still they say 'all is well'.Really should teach them lesson. my vechile's sound has changed now it sounds almost rough.
you are correct. Go ahead. International Brands are good but the thing is here the people are worst, they don't know how to check the bike. International brand people should give proper training to the indian service persons. but our service persons are not ready to learn. and Mr. Natarajan kind of persons support these kind of Stupid service persons.
hello frnd. I understand that yo r very much eager to get your new bike.. I understand.. I had a complain on my suzuki bike and all i did is just went into tis website http://www.suzukimotorcycle.co.in/index.asp And clicked on feedback and wrote my complain's in that.. In just 7 hours de head office called me and spoke to me to find out wats the prob am facing wit my bike and the prob was taken care by de local service station.. Really tat link work's and also ppl, please dont hav any bad or negative thought's abt suzuki.. Its really de best in de bike's industry and customer support.. Its been proved by de link i gave yo above.. Make use of it guys.. Wish yo all a happy journey..Regards
