I am not at all satisfied with my GS150R no KA-04 HD6105, Purchased on july 2010 from KH Road suzuki Bangalore.The movement i took out from howroom, on my way itself it gave so much problem I hadt push my bike to my house, Then on my way I called the showroom mechanic he came and rectified it temporarly.Next day when I took it to show room for repairing they told it has been rectified. But every time it was creating problem, After free services...

Chirping Noise from the front wheel and Disk Break.

Respected Sir/Mam,
This complaint is to draw your Notice that We Indian again losing faith from the such a Good Brand Like Suzuki just coz of poor service and customer handling by the authorized service center which were appointed by you.
It is my worse experience and decision to buy the Suzuki bike, I Had purchase the GS150R last August 2012 from the Planet Suzuki, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India from the beginning I complaint about noise from the front wheel and disk brake, but again and again same problem, it seems that company's service centre were not interested to resolve the issue there just waiting for warranty expire, if this burden on the such big company to rectifies the trouble which causes due to same manufacturing defect of the part which was fitted by the Suzuki motor then they must clearly tell that they were fail to change the part or resolve the issue unless we pay the amount for it. And for Knowledge they have already replace the front disk pads, I am regularly service my bike from the same authorized service center then how come the issue not resolve yet. The technician of the service center that the noise is just coz of dust in the disk drum. I just simply Unable to Understand how come the dust get stored in such manner when I am regularly servicing my bike. Although they least interested to rectify the problem. Either they were Untrained or they were simply don’t want to do their job in the right manner. Every time I take bike to service center they open the drum clean tight screw and say now it OK. again after 6 to 7 Km ride again the same noise arise . again we took the bike to service centre they do the same treatment. Is this is the JOB that we have to do after purchasing the SUZUKI bike.
Even I cross checked for this problem from other bikes on the showroom and service station and also from local mechanic. I think Suzuki technicians were trained to make the fool of customer rather than to resolve the issue. Is this is the Suzuki company policy to hares customer?

Engine noise

Hi one year back i bought gs150r in SMK MOTOR velachery with in a week i have faced a problem with engine, i noticed that paint is pealed off from engine and heavy noise with in 20 km of travelling same have been forwarded to the dealer, the feed back for this complaint is that proper engine oil is not filled in the bike which shows careless of the dealer, after few months later another issue arise that's noise from disc brake same has been taken to the dealer notice and again they did some eye vanish work but no use of it after some argument at last break plate have been changed,After a year of completing now i'm facing some major problem like heavy engine noise,clutch problem, very low pick up, chain noise, rear brake noise,front suspension prob, right now with all these problem i have given my bike for 8th service to ROONWALL in tandairpet .Now i'm looking forward to see whether these issue will be closed or not.( Note; The performance of my bike is satisfied but only problem is no proper service center and well skilled mechanic)

Tank rust on Suzuki GS150R motorcycle

I am facing a petrol tank rusting problem. The neck of the petrol tank has rusted and now there is a visible hole near the neck. This rusting was reported many times to the service centre. The service centre used to clean the tank with some liquid/paste.
I went to the service centre to report about the hole in the petrol tank. I was told that the tank has to be replaced and since there have been few service lapses I would have to pay the cost of replacing the tank. My argument is that I have been reporting the tank rust problem on a regular basis to the service centre. Why was tank replacement not considered earlier at the service time.
This is a manufacturing defect. A lot of other customers have faced a similar problem. The vehicle was purchased on 4-June-2010 and has a 2 year warranty but due to service lapse, Suzuki Motorcycles does not consider it under warranty.
I reported the problem to Suzuki Motorcycles by registering a complaint on its website and also sent the complaint by fax. Since I did not receive any reply I called to find out the status of the complaint and was told that the vehicle is not under warranty due to service lapse. I asked them to give me the same reply in writing since I had also faxed them a complaint. Even this was denied with the reason that the company does not have a "process" in place to answer customer complaints in writing.

complaint of servicing

i want to compliant of servicing about my bike,
I brought suzuki gs150r in 17th of October 2010
From that day i always servicing in akshay suzhuki (malad- mumbai)
From first day o[censored]sing bike i had suffer from bike starting problem because of air lock in petrol tank,

Before Two Months i have problem in my Dis Break and According to your Service Department They don't have parts after One week the Part is available We will inform you but I called them After a week But they Still don'T have part they told me When part is available then we will call you and Your Superviser Mr. thakor Get my no but sill i don't recive any call and after then your all the staff Who is call for service they also not inform for service so what the problem let me no and your bike is very good but your service are not good

Dear Sir,I have bought the GS150R, in March 09 from Prasar Auto Mobile ,Muzaffarpur(Bihar). After some days milage problem arised,then chain problem started,after 6000 km, the engine sound become high, speed goes down,front and rear brakes makes sound at time of breaking, a diffrent noise arises from rear side. But today I have only problem with this bike is its pickup and noise in engine and hadr vibration when I speed down.I have compain in service department so many times but they never hear the problem and they speak that your fuel is not good. Plz do something for my bike which makes me cool while driving. My vehicle Reg no is- BR O6S-2031,

My name is James Peter, My bike number is TN69 Q7312. I brought it in Tuticorin.After 2years. My break was not functioning properly, the head was shaking much and there was constant noise heard during the ride. But when I went for service in Tirunelveli. I was badly treated by Mr.Gopi the service man in Tirunelveli service center. I was made to wait for such long time without any reason. Still my bike is not ok. Now I greatly regret for I've brought this bike. I will never allow my friends to bye this bike in future. Although the bike is nice we dont have respectful service center.

IMPROPER SERVICING

I had bought SUZUKI GS150R at SMK Suzuki, Porur, Chennai on 12th Nov 2010. I have been regularly servicing it at the same service centre for the past one year. Unfortunately, I had been complaining about a manufacturing problem in the gear shift lever ever since the bike did 8000 kms. In spite of my repeated requests, the authorities have turned a deaf ear towards my complaint. And because of this malfunctioning gear lever I had to meet with an accident. Even after that I had pleaded them to replace the gear lever, which was never done.
And recently, the bike has started to leak fuel from the carburettor drain. The service centre people tried fixing it for 4 consecutive times and failed.
In addition to that, the rear shocks have started leaking. I was informed that the rear shock will be replaced on stock availability. But till now I have not received a single call from their side.
And at last, I am left with no other option than to file a case against the service centre at the local CONSUMER COURT.

Fraud, Unskilled Employees, Selling Used Bikes

Thanks for your nasty service.
I received my bike. First of all IBAYS Motorcycles Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad) People screwed, Then Kantipudi Engineering Company Pvt, Ltd. (Rajahmundry) service people screwed the bike.
Your people kept the bike at your Kantipudi Engineering Company Pvt, Ltd. more than 20Days. After sending my bike to Kantipudi Engineering Company Pvt, Ltd., every day I am calling to Mr. Gopal regarding my bike. He is told me some cock and bull stories. Like he didn’t get reply from Mr. Natarajan / Today Mr. Natarajan is sending the parts to our showroom / the parts are on the way / The courier didn’t came in time.
As per Mr. Gopal (Kantipudi Engineering Company Pvt, Ltd., Rajahmundry ) cylinder broken and crank shaft broken in to pieces, rest of all parts are fine. He confirmed after checking my bike thoroughly.
When I asked Mr. Gopal why it happened?, He (Mr. Gopal, Kantipudi Suzuki Showroom, Rajahmundry) clearly told me that, Bike oil flow and everything was perfect, He and his team was unable to trace why it occurred this kind of major problem to my bike. After that I enquired with other service persons in Hyderabad, Vizag and Vijaywada, they told me very clearly that, it’s very serious problem and they never face this kind of problem with new bike.
I observed one thing Kantipudi Service people don’t have proper equipment to open the bike parts.

I purchased Suzuki GS150R Bike on 17th March 2010 in Hyderabad at IBAYS Motorcycle Pvt. Ltd. Somajiguda, Hyderabad. (Please find attached Invoice cum Delivery Chalan Scan Copy). After two days I found that there is a problem in Odometer. The Odometer is showing only 6KM. after going 450KM also. After I recived my bike from IBAYS showroom I went to srisailam. (at the speed of 35KM to 45KM and I stopped the bike every 40mins) and there is a cracking sound in the Engine. I went to the IBAY Motorcycle show room on third day, I didn’t get proper response from anyone.
I asked show room executives to show my bike PDI Job card. First they refused to show the job card. After having so much discussion with showroom people, finally they shown the PDI Job Card of my bike.
I surprised after seeing my bike PDI Job card… Its Empty (Please find attached PDI Job Card) nothing is filled, there is no technician and Service person signature. Then i decided that IBAYS Service people don’t bother about PDI JOB CARD, And They don’t obey the Suzuki Company Rules. This itself shows that IBAYS Service persons didn’t check the bike properly at time of delivery to the customer.
By seeing all this I GOT A DOUBT THEY SOLD OLD BIKE TO ME. Because the Odometer is showing only 6KM. After taking my bike from showroom I went to Srisailam approximately 450KM (at the speed of 35KM to 45KM and I stopped the bike every 40mins.)
I fed up with IBAYS service and response. So I gave my bike for servicing outside service person who service my old Hero Honda Splendor Plus bike from past five years.
Then I contacted one lawyer as per his advice, I can put a case against Suzuki and IBAYS regarding my problem in consumer court.
That time I given a complaint on Suzuki website, after seeing that complaint you called me.
Now my problem is my bike was stopped in 5th gear while coming from Hyderabad to Vizag. I contacted with Suzuki persons, and with other bike servicing persons in Vizag and Rajahumundry. They said that it may be seized. I sent my bike to Rajahmundry Service Station. The technician told me that there is a problem in Crank Shaft and Cylinder.

i have brought a suzuki gs 150R from Swargate Suzuki in Pune. The bike had mileage problems right from the 1st km....around 30-31 per litre, when contacted the service centre, they said its because the bike is new, the problem will be solved after 1st service....but unfortunately, the problem worsened after the 1st service, the mileage dropped to around 25-26kms per litre, moreover, the engine started making rattling noises, disc brakes went...

This is totally pathetic on the part of Suzuki, their technicians are incompetent and not capable, they are only fit to wash the bike and give it back to us with a huge bill involving 14.5% VAT. Suzuki has become a cheap company. Also the mileage of the bike is horrible.
Please people who are reading this NEVER EVER, EVER buy this horrible piece of CRAP AND JUNK called GS150r.
