[Resolved]  Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd. — Auto Start issue & gets off while running

Hello Sir,

This is to inform you that a family who is well known to me has purchased a gear less bike of Suzuki 125 from Suzuki Showroom. The Bike has not completed 5 months until now but creating problems in “Auto Start” it has hardly run since it has brought from showroom before that it is showing problem such as “Auto Start” which was given to there notice 2 months before, still they have not rectified the problem. These Family stays far from working company & due to daily transportation problem arising everyday they have borrowed money by keeping there valuable on debts, & have owned a bike to resolve there daily issue of transportation. The vehicle gets stopped occasionally at unexpected place, some times in the middle of the road which is very dangerous in the transport road. This complaint has forwarded to the Suzuki showroom on phone where they have owned the vehicle many of the times sometimes they delays the matter for taking necessary action & concludes with key inserting problem, battery problem & responds them to continue try the key until it gets started. I say this is the pathetic type of service that some manufacturer does to their customer. The bike has not completed his warranty period why don't they replace the vehicle if it doesn't works out.
