I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

this is bring to your notice that i N.R.Jadav, have purchased suzuki GS 150R on 24-09-09 from dwarkesh building, nr.jawahar chowk isanpur road maninagar, ahmedabad.ph.no.30428280 reciept no.596 & 631 booking no.484.I had given cash payment.i didn't got any primary information about toolkit, battery, etc.i didn't get cash memo. i got the bike late from the delivery time(1hr.).there was petrol mixed with water, due to which the bike didn't run.i called my michanic & he changed the petrol and carborater service.the kilometer instrument was not working.we didn't get proper answer on the phone.the bike was very dirty and was not serviced.i am very much disturb mentally.your service is very bad.i request you to take necessary steps against this and look towards my complain. your's faithfully -N.R.JADAV
Am owning Suzuki Zeus 125 cc.we found problem in rear tyre, with in three days from received date jun 09. we informed dealer (Amman Suzuki, Thirupathur) they discussed this problem with MRF tyres & MRF told that problem is with tyre(Problem: Back tyre is offset, so over wheel is getting shek, uncomfertable to drive).But still dealer has not taken any action to resolve this problem.Now we are getting reply from dealer saying that MRF is not having stock to replace.
Kindly look at this problem & as a honourable customer we expect your valuable service & action at the earliest, We once again request you to reply us immedietly.

I bought a Accsess 125 scooter in april 2009 (MH 12 FE 5610) and it has already started giving pick up problem.I approached the dealers at swargate, Pune . three times with the same problem, all they do during service is wash the vehicle and return it . a through checkup is not being done by the dealers service centre. Plese take note of this, something must be done so that proper after sales service is given to customers who have paid through their nose for buying a two wheeler. I am already repenting buying this vehicle when i had a better option of buying an Honda Activa.

KOTRUD PUNE That time seals maneger told me acessary & tapaling coating is compelsary before dispatch vehical & pries of both application is 2000.00 Rs extra so my quistion is this is compelsary to teak accessary &taplan coatting application from suzuki comp.if not then wath should be u r valubel costemer be do & what u should be do against your deler pl give me feedback

iam having suzuki zeus 125cc i would like to know where should i get spare parts of this bike except show rooms because the service of showrooms asking for advances which i have choosen
I have purchased Suzuki access 125 in dec 2008. i will use this only for going to office hardly 50-75 km daily total 16000 kms, already tyres are bold, whether suzuki is giving such a cheep tyres or or service provider doing any thing, I asked the service provider regarding this he says you lodge complaint, we can not do anything???? even which will not rund for 25000 km, There is no proper customer care service at Bangalore, Think before buying this vehicle

I had recently(i.e.[protected] booked a SUZUKI ACCESS 125.At the time of booking there was as such no mandatory terms to have the accessories of dealer itself.But now at the time of delivery of vehicle they have placed a condition that the accessories of vehicle must be of dealer only..then only the vehicle shall be delivered.that is a very unfair practice done by the dealer..so kindly look into the matter.

i have booked access 125 vehicle in jamnagar when we asked them to when we get the delivery of vehicle we got answer within one & half month we will receive but after inquiry we received diffrents answer as under.

A) Due to low production we can't make delivery as above time.
further said it will take 10 to 20 days more. YOUR NO. 21
B) FURTHER INQUIRY AFTER 15 DAYS ONCE AGAIN IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS. IN THIS TOTAL PERIOD. CONSUMED 3 MONTHS. WHICH HAS REALLY UNFAIR.
I say everybody cancel the orders and if they dont refund pull them to court. then they will come to there sense

I had purchased access125 from Swarget Suzuki. My complaint is about the service centre, During the service time i got lot of problem.During second servicing i observed that acralic cover of access125 not properly fitted.I told the deivery boy and he told me that during next service he will do it. But during third servicing and mension on service form about that, but after that also its not completed for that they told me to visit next day as if the work of only 5 minitue.
Also some of the screw below the seat and also inside the deki also not fitted.Its a very serious matter, that during servicing screw not fitted .

Please look into this matter.
I have an Access 125 purchased on July 2009, from Trivandrum Delar, the delivery day itself I facing the Problem with Chocke and they simlply cut of the system simply, till date I can't using the Chocke for starting my vehicle and with in one month the Electronic Stater gving trouble and 2 nd service I compalint the same, near about 3800km, after the 2nd service it work only for 5200 km and it totaly unable to start with Eelctrical starter, and visit the service centre they dont have the rely for replacing for the last two week I using the kicker for start my scootor and on 4th Januvary the vehicle is fully barke down, I call the service centre for help they ask to me wait near abot 3 hour becuse they don't have the hand for attend the brakedown
By GOD grace I know the some thing about maintanince work I my self clear the block and re start the scooter with using the kicker, for the last 13 years i am using the Suzuki vehilce is tof my Bike is Fiero and Alto LXI, But this is first time due to service centre Suzuki name will be spoiled

I am sorry to inform you that i am totally disappointed with the service provided by one of your dealer in bangalore branch which is in south end road, Basavanagudi. There is a huge communication gap between the employees and the customers are not treated properly. Though the company has got a good image, its been totally spoilt by poor management and irresponsible behaviour. Please see to it once and try to improve on it

After sales services is always a problem. Take any brand Suzuki, Honda, Tata, Fiat, M&M everyone has consumer complaints. Customer are taken for raid here.

We should have a some law which protects customer against these ! I'm also having problem with my Palio & Activa Servicing... But my RX-100 16 years old still running fine and no trouble at all :D Thats reliability
Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Suzuki Access ( Red Colour) on 4th February'2010 for my daughter. On-road price have been taken Rs.48100/-
Now when I see the net I could see Maximum Price is Rs. 43000/- On-road in Metros. I disagree with price taken by the dealer Gennext Auto Pvt. Ltd. M.P. Nagar, Bhopal. On-road price includes the Insurance and accessories.
I am puzzled how a dealer can take extra Rs.5000/- . This is is unjust and request you to kindly suggest how can I get the money back paid extra.

Even I am tired of waiting for my access for past 4.5 months.. posted several feedbacks but of no use..
can anybody in Suzuki check of this BIG loophole.
