I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

Here i have Access125 n i m not satisfied from your ahd dealer named icon suzuki.Before 15 days i've given vehicle 2 your dealer 4 accident work but given vehicle after 10 days they not worked properly n also lost some accessories.Mr.gunjan mehta named person did not given answer properly n irrisponsibely.After taking vehicle there are no phone call or reply and propper commitment give by your dealer.This is my first vehicle of Suzuki n its so poor n irrisponsible srevice by dealer.I have also products of Hyundai,Nissan,Hero Honda n Yamaha but its too bad experience this time.please contact me n give me ur contact no.

sir. iam send a complaint to suzuki by feedback but dont mind /bother that complaint . service is very bad .
Being a multinational company, these type of service is not expected from Suzuki atleast.

What is the reason for non supply of the vehicles esp. Access. I had booked the bike two months back with one of your dealer in surat, Gujarat since then we are just going there with the hope of getting the vehicle but come back with empty hands.

This basically increase our frustration and leads to buy some other option which is readily available. Could you please help in this regard.
Readin the above comments about Suzuki I feel it is waste of time to adde any thing more. This is bad part from Suzuki they should atleast have given one email ID where customers can post their comments. Best part is company still growing?

Suzuki access is not nice it gives more problems and mileage it gives 35 and service very bad . Those who choose scooter.Buy Honda Activa Deluxe and Honda Dio and Aviator these vehicle mileage is very good and service is very good.

I am interesting to buy ACCESS 125 from our town (PATAN-NORTH GUJARAT), where your one of the service station is located under the jurisdiction of yours Mehsana Office.

Your office at our place the owner can not book our demand (to buy the Access 125 :Product in cash ), but by paying some on( nearly about Rs.8000) he make a process to sale me/others for the same. So, I complaint about the following details:
1. Can I purchase the product( Access 125 )from our place?
2. What procedure I have to purchase your product?
3. Is it fair to purchase with some on(more amount)? What about legal?
4. How I book the product for buying in full cash amount or by other way?
5. Can you help me for our problem with solution?
Please look into the matter and do needful and oblige.
i have been a customer of access suzuki for some 3 years.we at our home 3 activa scooters.When we wanted to buy another one, we opted for access suzuki instead activa due to the merits it had.I have been puting it at yr workshop at ahmedabad regularly for service.Recently, 2 days back, while i was starting the vehicle, the air filter got burst and broken.when i told about this to my regular auto mechanic, he said this can rarely happen.i also showed it to suzuki workshop.The person there told the same and informed me that it would cost me rs.800 something for the replacement.i have my own apprehension that while in regular services at your workshop, something has happened or the air filter perhaps got replaced .so i would like to request you guys to get this done at no cost.i will be highly obliged..
I want to know why SUZUKI is not ready to give its customer care no. or email address. Is this company not sure of their own products.

i have used your bike last Couple of months there is lot of Defects in your company vehile enginee too much of noise like a lorry Enginee if you Stop the vehile to apply the brake the bike is scrampling and i disable to drive the vehile
and the fork alingment is very worst i went to the service center more then five time for same complaint They cant able to rectifyied my problem for that i return the vehile to the roonwall motors .please kindly take your vehile back and return my money already i sent email like this there is no reply and any step from your Company .

I have a suzuki access 125, date of sale is 30.05.2009, chassis no mb8cf4cae98226269 & kms covered only11000 i told many time at the time of serviceing to techician & service staff to chk engine noise at time of acceleration, clutch v belt create noise problem, poor pick-up. they don, t service for that compliant still now, but now my vehicle completed 2 yrs & service staff told me all work will do on payment basis.

Kindly look into the matter and give me positive response otherwise i will go consumer foram.

Dear Sir,
I am P.Pushpanathan from Erode.On 24.1.11 I have booked for Access 125 in Peak Automobiles India(P) Ltd, Erode by paying rs.1, 000 as registration amount. So far I have not received my vehicle. Whenever I asked them I received negative reply.
Recently I came to know they are delivering the vehicle to the customer who are paying rs.2, 000 as extra premium amount. In short if I pay extra rs.2, 000 I will receive the vehicle on the spot.
I feel bad on their business attitude. It will reduce our product fame. We will think that Suzuki Company is receiving extra rs.2, 000.
I request you to take necessary steps to stop this illegal business procedure which affects our product name.

I had booked activa scooter from pioneer honda on march 2011. I had not
received

activa uptill may 2011 so I had email to you regarding the late delivery of
activa.
I had received telephone call from pioneer honda that the late delivery is due
to the short supply from the honda company and the people of pioneer honda
promise that they will give me the activa scooter as soon as the company sends
the fresh lot of scooter. So from my side the case is resolved with pioneer
honda but the honda scooter company should make arrangements in such a way that
the activa scooter will be available within 15 days as they knew that their
activa scooter is so much in demand all over india ( as i had checked other
emailalso inyour complaint website of late delivery of activa only and not
avivator) and this will happen only if they manufacture more activa sooter. so
i request tp honda company to make at least arrangement to meet the demand of
activa scooter after 15 days from the email sent to you there is a call from
pioneer honda that you will get activa on 14 th of july and you write a letter
via email to honda company that the case was settled between me and the pioneer
honda. so due to non quarrelance in nature i wrote to you that the case was
resolved as they people said to me that i will get scooter by 14 th julyas they
say on the telephone. Now i again go to pioneer honda to give my scooter as the
date had came( see today date is 14 july 2011 but instead of giving the scooter
the sale manger tell me that it will be delivered on 4 or 5 august 2011 as
your
activa not came yet. this is not good on your part please give me activa by 15
th july as promised by pioneer honda people.

Suzuki as well Honda — No Delivery

Suzuki delar in surat and Honda delar in Surat for two wheelar they do not have Access 125 as well Honda Activa. But if you pay On mens (5 to 6thousand more then On road prize) then they have ready stock.

I too had booked an Suzuki Access in September 2010 in Ponda, Goa and till date ( July 2011 ) I have not received it. Suzuki customer care has not replied to me ( I had mailed them twice ). Plus after making a payment of INR 5000 as booking amount and making the balance payment of INR 52, 000 in June 2011, I have still not got the delivery of the vehicle. Yes, I paid them INR 57, 000 which is INR 7000 extra then what is mentioned on their site.

It is a shame that a company like Suzuki cannot maintain good Customer Care system. Plus the dealer is indifferent towards my queries. I have asked an refund of my payment and cancellation of the booking as its been almost an year now. I find the representatives at Suzuki very laid back and rude to customers.

If anyone has suffered in same manner and has any advice, please do share it.

Dear Sir,

I have the honour to state the following for your kind consideration and prompt remedial action

I purchased Access 125 owing to its good reputation on 31 Dec 2009 from Dwarka Suzuki (Dealer Code:097108). I was soon disillusioned when the newly purchased vehicle started giving me a mileage of 25Kms/ltr. I frequently had to visit dealers workshop for tuning and only after about two months I could get some what satisfactory mileage. I even doubted that the dealer has palmed me off with some old vehicle or some parts replaced with old ones at the time of delivery because other make vehicles do give the mileage specified by the manufacturers, right from the start.

A few months ago the vehicle was left in dealer's workshop for an accidental claim due to damage occured during an accident. After about a week or so, I was handed over the vehicle back as "repaired" with damaged parts 'replaced' with new ones. When I drove the vehicle I found the handle was
misaligned and was shaky. I also found that the brakes were inadequate. I took the vehicle to the workshop where it was attended for a short time and was told that the handle was aligned but front shockers required refilling of oil at an exhorbitant cost of Rs 400/- and required replacement of brake shoe.

I was shocked to hear about the re-filling of shocker as the maintenance manual does not state any such requirement and also I had noticed that enough margin existed for tightening the brake shoe when I had left my vehicle in dealer's workshop. I had no option but to comply with the workshop staff and go for replacement of brake shoe. On my return journey from the workshop the brakes became again slippery on applying brakes a couple of times. and I also found that the handle was still misaligned and vulnerable to accident.

Time and again I had to visit the workshop for the handle and brakes but nothing improved . Meanwhile I started doubting whether the brake shoes replaced were genuine or were they of some local made, substandard ones. This doubt prompted me to ask for the Company engineer's verdict. The condition
of brakes till then were tightened to full extent.

Suzuki Company's Engineer Mr Gaurav Chehl arrived in the workshop on 20 July 2011.The engineer was told about the defects who took the vehicle for a trial along with some mechanic and said that the handle had been set right during trial, he also said that shockers needed refill after 8000 Kms.
I then requested him to see if the brake shoes replaced were the genuine ones.

The rear wheel was opened, and it was found that the Drum of the wheel had been completely worn out and needed replacement, the condition of the brake shoe appeared very old. Now the picture started becoming clear to me that some old Drum had been installed and so was the brake shoe. In order to
confirm the same I asked to open the front wheel. When the front wheel was opened, the comparision of both the front and the rear revealed that the rear Drum and brake did not belong to the vehicle having ridden about 16000Kms.

The Engineer did not agree for the replacement of Drum and brake shoe, as the Brake system, he said is not covered in the guarantee period. I pointed
out to him the comparative condition of the front and rear Drums to which he said that the rear drum was very filthy because of muddy rain water etc. at this I again pointed out to him that both the front and rear Drums were subjected to identical conditions. I then told him that I would write the
entire matter to the company.

The Engineer on sensing that I would bring the matter to the notice of the company he started discouraging me by saying that I should not write to the company as the letter would ultimately reach to him and no action would be taken but advised the dealer to replace the Drum without shoe. I
insisted that the shoe also should be replaced as it was not done when dealer was paid to do so.

The Engineer apparently was more supportive towards the dealer for the reasons best known to him. This painted a very bad picture of him. Though he happens to be on the pay roll of Suzuki, he appeared otherwise.

In view of the above I request you to depute a team of engineers who are loyal to the company and who would do justice to both myself and the dealer while I request you to get my vehicle re-examined for all parts including engine/gearbox parts for normal wear and tear. All other defects such as Handle alignment, replacement of Drum along with shoe etc.may please be got carried out by the dealer, before any accident takes place as the vehicle is likely to meet accident owing to its handle and the rear brake. It may please also be ascertained that all engine/gear box parts are not tampered with, such that at the end of two years ie at the end of guarantee period my vehicle has normal wear and tear.

Dealers is not properly responding to the customer, and also taking more time to deliver the vehicle, If suzuki is not looking into the matter seriously, Its sure that suzuki is going thrown away from the global market due thier dealers
