[Resolved]  Suzuki Sling Shot — Complaint of Suzuki Sling Shot bike and Service Centre

Dear Sir,
This is with the reference of my bike Suzuki Sling Shot Vehicle no- KA 03 HL 7727,
Purchased in the Year 24/11/2011 as it is nearing not even 4 months i am facing lot of problems where i am not getting any solution for the Problems exposed in the Service centre.

Problem no 1- At the very first month i faced a problem i was not able to the start the Bike using self start or the normal start. It was unfortunate to me that they blamed me saying that Spark plug is wrong treaded. If really the problem in my end then would like to blame the Suzuki Company because this is the fate of the Suzuki product is very local and not standard. The Service centre people have made a mess in removing it and they blamed me and charged me 3281 Rs. And they insisted me that no warranty will be given and recklessly charged me.

Problem no 2-After 2nd service not even a week there was an vobaling in the Handle and disc brake is bend
Very fine day i took the bike to the service station then even this time they started blaming me that u have ditched the bike somewhere and left the bike in the pot hole. I really like to blame the worst product of the Suzuki .i.e. Sling Shot is a very worst bike i have never seen. The Spares whichever u have installed is one of the cheap and waste product is of no use. And finally the service centre guys are so irrespective they don’t even handle the Customer Query Properly.

I am really frustrated with this product i have committed a blunder by Purchasing Suzuki Sling Shot
I was an Honda Lover but when i visited the Suzuki showroom they gave all talks about the bike and they forced me in taking. i booked the bike will full payment and now i am struggling day by day.
You can never come up like Honda still u have to learn from your competitors by giving good service and releasing good products not like a cheap products like Suzuki Sling Shot.

Kindly look in to the matter seriously with immediate effect i will not take the bike till it gets ready.
