i had booked a flat with svp builders ghaziabad for their project at gulmohar tower chiranjeev vihar ghaziabad in the month of september 09& was promised by the staff of the svp builders that delivery will be by dec 09, but to this date 10510 flats are not ready. no power lines , no sewage treatment plant nowater supply system , no inner roads, no functioning lift has been costructed,moreover the builder has given the date of possession as 04510 & is now demanding another 2.00 lcas over & above the agreed price in the name of EDC charges.the company knew about the EDC charges way back in 2007 , because they have given us the copy of GDa letter dated 0577 in this regrd the letter itself is not clear, so we tried to meet mr.sunil jindal ceo of the company but he has been avoiding meeting under one pretext ot another.i[censored] have booked flat in gulmohar tower pl. attend the meeting on 16510 at 12.00hrs at the site office of gulmohar tower j p thakur [protected]
