i had booked a flat with svp builders ghaziabad for their project at gulmohar tower chiranjeev vihar ghaziabad in the month of september 09& was promised by the staff of the svp builders that delivery will be by dec 09, but to this date 10 510 flats are not ready. no power lines , no sewage treatment plant nowater supply system , no inner roads, no functioning lift has been costructed,moreover the builder has given the date of possession...
