[Resolved]  Swagriha Builders' Green Nest — plot possession not given

Yes this builder Mr. Lokappa Gowda from Swagriha Builders which was set up by him and his sons " Santosh ect.. to make easy money, set up false promises 11years back, most of the people who invested in Green Nest in Nelamangala where about to retire and have strongly believed this property to be a source of income or lively hood after retirement so every month they used to pay installments from their meager salary to this so called Lokappa Gowda, they have paid the money in full got the site registered but still cannot find there own site as the site numbers have been wiped out and nobody from his family or him are disclosing where the site is, the place was partially developed just for an eye wash so as to grab more money, no one seems to be bothered about these people who purchased plots from him, there should be some legal action taken on this person and his family members as they are freely moving around in expensive cars and have used up our hard earned money to build there homes by cheating hundreds of homeless people, people please vote and take action on this person see if you can put him on the media like TV 9 so he realizes what he has done and returns what is not his, all the people who have invested in this property have now retired and see no justice come their way, please help us fight for what is ours by law .Please be aware of such cheats .Please think twice when it comes to Swagriha Builders as he still has his office in Sadashiv Nagar phone#[protected]/3 cheating more and more people, be aware.

Yes the developer is assured that they will develop and handover the sites. Initial they were very much ienthusiastic to develop this place, later the spirit came down. Partial land of Swagruha Builders was notified by KIADB later most of the lands are de-notified. Still the place is as it was 12 years back. Except this land there are lot of development in the nybering place of this plot and at Nelamangala. Swagruha Office is at sadashivanagar will have one office person with no information. He will collect the information from who ever go to their office and inform them he (Mr. Gowda ) will call back. The call never comes back. We do not know what is the problem and what is their plan. If some problem he can always send a letter or advertise in paper so that most of the people responds to his view. People are frustrated. Now a day’s Nelamangala is very well developed how nice if we have our places developed. Hope the day will come and further development will take place. I wish many more site owners will come forward and tell their views

Yes this builder Mr. Lokappa Gowda from Swagriha Builders which was set up by him and his sons " Santosh, Bharat & etc. the project name is Green Nest in Nelamangala. Payment towards the same was made by EMIs and the completely paid and have got the site regestered in our name. The site numbers have been wiped out and we are not able to identify our plots. While booking, the place was partially developed and we belived him. When we approached him, we were told that he has filed a case on the people who sold them this land and we will get our plots for sure. He has also collected a amount of Rs.5000/- against each plot (not sure how many of them have paid) for the purpose of fighting the case. Requesting some legal action to be taken on this person and his family members as they are freely moving around in expensive cars and have used up our hard earned money to build there homes by cheating hundreds people. The current situation (1st Feb 2013) another person by name Baskar has posted a board stating that one acre plus of the same land belongs to him and trespassers will be prosecuted.

yes i also completely agree with u. iam also one of the investor. can u pls let me know i[censored] pay tax every year . we are paying and it is upto date but onlything is we rae not getting the possession. why dont tv 9 people cant take it up. why cant we complaint to police regarding this. is it possible that we make a group and write a petition to chief minister. now election time is also nearing most probably they miight take action.

Gentlemen, you are the finest of Gullible people. Lokappa is a super cheat. He created probably 450 plots and sold them to 600 or more people. If you wait for 11 years and are crying, I think you are generally groping in the dark. Take the case of mine. I bought it long ago when Lokappa had just started, sold it a couple of years ago and he sends me a letter to an address that is not valid today asking me to pay 3lakhs (believe it or not 3lakhs) for a 30x40 plot as development fees. The best part of his joke is that there is an agreement for development, which unfortunately never exists. His silly lawyers who think they can con anyone talk about this agreement. The problem is the sale deed he did is not signed by me nor is any agreement signed by me. Yet he asks for money; that too after I have sold his plot.
What I am hinting at is that this guy cheats gullibles like me and is fishing others like me assuming we are gullible and asking for money. You really have only 2 options with him. A. Forget about the crook Lokappa and try to sell your plot if you have the saledeed at whatever price you can or B. Be more gullible and assume a fellow who has cheated from 1995 to become honest!
I can only pity you folks.
