Myself K K Raghavendra and my uncle had purchased 1 plot each of dimension 1200sqft from builder Mr. Lokappa Gowda of Swagriha Builders which was set up by him and his sons " Santosh, Bharat etc.. 13 years back, most of thee people who invested in Green Nest in Nelamangala where about to retire and had strongly believed theis property to be a source of income or lively hood after retirement so every monthe we used to pay installments...
