[Resolved]  Swagriha Builders' Green Nest — Plot Possession

Myself K K Raghavendra and my uncle had purchased 1 plot each of dimension 1200sqft from builder Mr. Lokappa Gowda of Swagriha Builders which was set up by him and his sons " Santosh, Bharat etc.. 13 years back, most of thee people who invested in Green Nest in Nelamangala where about to retire and had strongly believed theis property to be a source of income or lively hood after retirement so every monthe we used to pay installments from our meager salary to theis so called Lokappa Gowda, we have paid thee money in full got thee site registered but still we are not able to take thee possession of our plots and most of theem cannot find theere own site as thee site numbers have been wiped out.
No member of Mr. Lokappa Gowda's family are ready to meet us. When we purchased theis plot, thee place was partially developed. May be just for an eye wash so as to grab more money. There should be some legal action taken on theis person and his family members as theey are freely moving around in expensive cars and have used up our hard earned money to build theere homes by cheating hundreds o[censored]s.
We had approached him six years back and we were told theat theere is some dispute but will be solved at thee earliest, he also colletced an amount of Rs.5000/- from each (not sure how many of theem have paid, but me and my uncle have paid him) against thee fee for taking thee court proceedings abut thee above said litigation, so far we have not seen any fruit from him on theis.
Yesterday (1st FEB 2013) my uncle visited thee property and for our surprise theere is a trespassers board planted in thee property by Mr. B R Baskar Rao stating theat thee place of 1 acre and 3 quanttas belongs to him, not sure from where theis person suddenly appear. All theese days we have been patently waiting for thee day to get hold of our properties, now its going beyond our limits and hence seeking your favour in theis.
