[Resolved]  swapna motors — dissatisfaction over service

Sir,

I Arjun Kumar Choudhury a customer of swapna motors ltd,Bhubaneswar bought my fiat palio stile 1.1 slx two years back since august 2008.I am totally disatisfied with the service provided here in swapna motors Bhubaneswar and this mail is my only hope to communicate my grievances against this kind of service.my problems began from the very few days after i bought this car when fuel pump of this car got damaged and then the a.c unit which was anyways replaced after a lot of persual.Few months back my car met with an accident on June 19th 2010.Since I was out of India at that point of time due to my professional responsibilities,my wife lodged a complaint with my insurance company(i.e Reliance Insurance) for a insurance coverage for the damage that happened to my car and gave my car to swapana motors for the repairing job.Till I returned back to India rather Bhubaneswar i.e on August 20th 2010 and saw my car,the repairing work had just proceeded by 20%.After facing a lot of problems and a lot of persual with swapna motors people and some what insurance people I got my car back on October 20th 2010.I was totaly disatisfied with the service.But as it was too late and I wanted my car back , i did the payment and got my car.I spent almost Rs 1.80 lakhs for this entire repairing process out of which i got a insurance coverage of Rs 1.15 lakhs.Just after just two days I got my car ,I saw a major problem with the car i.e (rim of the two back tyres was totally bend) and I had to change it immediately.I just want to ask you sir is it not the responsibility of the Garage people or the technical people whosoever working on this car to check each and every bit of the car before giving a final delivery to the customer.Also the steering oil was not changed they just handed over without checking the vehicle. I mean what kind of service is this? and what goodwill FIAT is creating among it's customers?
