I along with seven other individuals have booked Swift-DZire-VXI model from your dealer Machino-Techno Ltd, Kolkata between 22nd May to 24th May 2009 as a corporate deal. Their salespersons Viz: Amit Sharma, (Asst sales Mgr.) & Saikat Nath (Showroom Sales Assistant) had verbally assured us of the delivery of the vehicle within one month from the date of booking. Based on this assurance we had applied for car loans from our office . All our cheques were issued dated 03.07.09 to 08.07.09. (Some already deposited with the dealer). Despite repeated queary from our end the Machino official reserted to dilly-daillying the process till date. Although they have sent a regret letter during the interim period to some o[censored]s but their reply regarding delivery of vehicles remains completely evasive. It has been a severe let-down and very frustrating waiting experience for us . I have sent a mail on Maruti Suzuki site on 3rd August but no reply from them till now. . I have sent a mail to [protected]@maruti.co.in on 3rd August, 2009, 7th August, 2009 and 10th August, 2009 till now I have not get any answer from them. 13.08.2009 Was this information helpful? This is the case with all the dealers - the common thing is booking for Maruti Suzuki Dzire. There is a severe problem with the deliveries across India. I have checked with Maruti Officials also. They have told me that none of them can confirm the delivery dates.
Many o[censored]s have cancelled the booking and gone for other cars. That is the best option.

Same case with me I have book Swift Dzire Vxi Azure Grey colour on 15 Jun 2009 I was told waiting period of 6 to 8 weeks but now dealer is saying 9 more weeks from 28 Sept 2009. I wrote to [protected]@maruti.co.in, called anytime maruti numbers logged complaint, called there regional manager but not sign of relief. Still waiting for reply from maruti and regional manager.
