[Resolved]  Swift Vdi — worst service

My self Mrs. Dipti Acharya, owner of swift VDI . This mistake was happened on 21st May 2007. Third day my vehicles rear door was seized, not opening from inside and outside. I went to Lohiya Auto Mobiles Service center. They opened door from the fixing bolts and nothing happened only doors allienment became out . They can't make it ok again, the door remain seized.
After fifteen day i complained that its power steering is not working properly, its hard then a turbo or trrck. One side tyre guddy going thin. The key is not ok in any lock and ignition. The doors are not opening properly, the center lock was not working. Some time engine tapit ismaking too much sound, Shock Absorbers Are not ok and every barrier gives me pleasure of camel safari. when we were talking on this matter two buffalo were fighting outside, one of them struck on the left side front door and pushed in. from that day to today my problems are as it is. in first few months lohia representatives were saying that maruti is not sending spares because there is too much orders of swift. then technicians are not available again technician are changed and many more thing. After one year they changed rear tube in a insurance claim. tyre problem was solved, but during this time period three tyres were gone. lohia tech. committed me to comonset. i think they will compenset in next generation. in that claim front bumper was also included but still due to change becouse same colour couldn't be sprayed till now. Than one day the old man- owner of Lohiya auto mobiles heared my problem and accepted that all are genuine . He ordered to solve all problem in 10 days and asked me to come at bhilwara showroom. I went there three times, two times tech. were not available and third time spares were not . Before three months one day ignition was out of order cause of lock and key. Tech. came and opened it, made it start with screwdriver. Lohiya promised to repair in fifteen days. Till today its in hanging position, before fifteen days again the old man heared problem, felt sorry and promised to solve problem in 10 days. As uaual nothing happened . A rat was killed in blower of AC and there was no tech. they took three month to open the des board. Till that my car was in garage becuse while driving you have to breath and with such smell you can't. Its too much.
I am saying with proud that my vehicles tapit sound is noisy than any other, my steering is heavy then truck, door can't be opened in minutes with key. The only swift VDI without centeral locking, till today door is not ok and a lot of problems.
Thank to suzuki, thanks to maruti and thanks to Lohiya. The genuine company with so poor customer care.
