[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — Not Giving the "New Account Opening Application Form " | |
Hi, This is the worst scenario in my life, with a bank. I ever seen a bank like this. In details.. On 27th January 2010, I went to Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh Branch in Hyderabad. There is no body at the reception. I reached one counter and asked him, 'I need one application form to open a new account in this bank.' Then he said, one of our cashier is went on leave so, the guy who gives the application forms is in cashiers desk. so come tomorrow or else ask that person he said by showing another counter. I went to another person, he is on the phone, I waited for 10 minutes and waiting for his phone conversation to be complete. After 10minuts he hang the phone, and said if you have any queries please go to other desks. I returned home. I went regularly on 28th, 29th also, but i was not succeeded in getting a form. The applications distributing guy was there, but he said applications are in the desk and keys are not with him. I asked him, the form in syndicatebank website, should i use it to apply. He replied, the physical form which he gives is valid, the downloaded forms are not valid. I surprised, why are these people kept the form in website which is not valid. What to do? I droped a complaint in complaint box, and came to home. I came to know know that, if i offer some bribe to any officer in the bank, i could get the form. Whether you asked the new account opening form with the concerned officer of the branch, if no body helps you in the branch, u can complaint to the branch manager immediately for getting answer for your many of questions.
Branch Manager is the only person to instruct the staffs and all in the office. You would have went to manager and told the problem.
Then u will be got ur pblm solved.
