[Resolved] Syndicate Bank Near Skylark Jalandhar — Outdated Slow, Pathetic system 7 service | |||
Finally i have decided to write a complaint about my recent experience in syndicate bank. 1) cashier is very rude seems to me never been trained about customer service. His Pathetically slow speed responsible for long queue. 2) I had two accounts it took me whole day to just close my one account. 3) I asked bank manager about the assistance. He seems to me just busy sitting idle in air conditioned cabin, without worry about customers or any issues. Not gentle, not discipled, no sign of good customer service ethics. If the bank manager is that good, what do you expect from other staff. 4) Suppose to have more staff to dealt with customers, but in this bank there are more clerical staff. Sorry to say that its Totally unorganized , outdated, completely backward banking system. Typically Indian style.
