the mahali ofice of said company has cased collapusive stagr of harrasement ,irritaioon inthe form of with holding his loan application of personnel loan catageory when asked security ammount was deposited in the given acount of the company rs 10000 which cooppy bein attached here with theer waqs coomitment on part of company toadvancethe loan within 24 hrs of such payment same was made as on 10th nov 2010 but by the today the applicant neither recievd advancement of loan nor coomuinque of other kind fromthe said company on telephonic contact or written compaint subittteed to comany on its email adress moer the mo & land line nos of company are not giving response these type of parcite have caused enormous kind losses ammountin rs 300000
it is urged to pass foolwing in the faviur of commplainent
1- disbursement of loan amounting 5000000
compensation for losses amountin 300000
2- inrest ther on
