Syntel Sourcing Pvt. Ltd. — pan card not received

Hi,
I am mr. Rahul Bhivankar apply for pan card in uti technology .
since the application one and half period was goes out but yet i not recive my pancard . I want to know the status of my application is there some error to my application.
Please acknowdlge me.

Even there are more than 100 employees who left the company way back in April 2008 onwards are still waiting for Provident fund. I left Syntel in Feb 09 and still waiting for my fund.

Even i know the group of 50 people who still haven't received the PF Fund .Every time we chase the Syntel HR people they say we are working to Submit the Form to PF office and forwards you the ackowlegement slip once done .

I'm getting this answer for last 5 month .

Still now i have not got any updates from Syntel on my PF fund. I left Syntel in March 09.

My last working day was 16th July 2008 and on same date I submitted request for PF withdrawal, The EPF withdrawal form (PF No. MH/99543/2323) as per the company instructions to me and till date neither I have received any update from the PF Office nor the amount has been transferred to my account. It is almost 12 months.

hello guys,
i attended 2 round of interview. then tried to contact ppl to know feedback but failed...
then i searched for syntel complaints and found a lot.
so i would request you all guys to please guide me that if they call me to join should i go for it... or there are more many problems in company too.
