I placed an order for a jewellery piece on 11th of july. As committed i was suppose to recieve the product within a week. On 22nd july I called back the customer care and told them that this product was to be gifted to someone and the person is going back in a week so if the product is not delivered to me within a week it is of no use to me and should be cancelled as the person who is to be gifted is going abroad. But the product was delivered to me on 6th and was recieved by someone at home in my absense. I called back on 6th itself to the customer care and asked them to take back the order as it reached me almost a month later. I was told by Mr Deepak from bagittoday.com that he will revert back to me on the same but there was no response after that. I called them back and asked them about the resolution. The executives simply refused to take the product back and said that once u have recieved it we will not take it back. I asked them if any such clause is mentioned on the website but they said it isnt mentioned anywhere. I complained them that after cancelling the order why did they send it so they replied must have been by mistake but now we will not refund it. I would request you to Kindly look into the matter and take some action.
