Tamil Nadu Traffic Police — Bad traffic condition on Maduravoyil bypass road.

I live in Chennai and I take the Maduravayil Bypass road everyday from Mogappair to Tambaram. The toll is Rs.45 for a return trip, but the toll is not justified.

Lorries are parked all long the bypass road, completely blocking 1 lane. Also, slow moving vehicles block both the other lanes, and because of this a long queue lines up behind slow moving vehicles. Driving becomes very tedious. The Tamil Nadu traffic police must regulate the traffic on highways and bypass roads, to ensure smooth movement of traffic. They should educate lorry/bus drivers/tankers to use the bypass carefully and not block the whole road for their convenience.

The consumer is paying Rs 45 for this, but it feels like driving on any other city road.
