You know that in tamilnadu the relail shops of wines,beer,brandy and all other spirit items are run by the government of tamilnadu in name of TASMAC the employeesare supposed to be government employees who get their salart ,bonus and incentives in spite of all these they go begging , harassing the customers by collecting Rs 2/- to Rs 10/- but the gont closes itv eyes in this regard, inspite of complaints made by the consumers .
