Yesterday night by 8:35 I went to Trichy Chinthamani Elite Tasmac Shop in Puthur Tiruchirappalli. I purchased Pink Vodka it’s price Rs.1040/- I give the same but they demand Rs.1140/- I asked why u charged extra Rs.100/- they demand extra amount i[censored] will not give I’ll not give the liquor. I asked the bill for same and they denied to give the bill also. I strictly told give the Mrp only they return my amount and denied to give the liquor. Kindly take the necessary action sir.

Kindly sell alcohol in tasmac with MRP price or fix some offer on some day with proper intimation. Overall selling price is not good in all area of tamilnadu. First of all try to sell in MRP or less than of it then expect about queries or complaint to resolve. Thanks and wish to conclude.

I bought liquor from Velachery Tasmac Elite shop, they are charging Rs.40/- extra above MRP. When I asked what are these charges are for, they are responding very rudely and swiped my card with extra Rs.40/- without my permission. It's totally unacceptable to charge extra money above MRP and now even the prices are increased still they are getting these extra Rs.40 for each sale of bottle. Govt if not capable to resolve this, better they can privatise this sector.

Hi, This Subhani Shaik. I have bought Bacardi Lemonade white rum from New TASMAC Elite shop, Sri Ambal nagar, Keelkattalai, Chennai-600117, Tamilnadu. The Bacardi white rum MRP price is ₹1000. The price hike happened was max ₹80 from Feb 1 2024 onwards. The bartender charged ₹1120 from which is higher. When I asked for the reason he said govt increased the price. I wasn’t aware about this hike info. They are looting the customers. Please take action on it.

The tasmac shop No. 860, at No. 19, Thasudeen Khan Street, Triplicane, Chennai - 5. (Opposite Adams Market) is causing lot of problems to the residents.

Even an ambulance was used as a bar as it was stationed in the street for 15 minutes to pick a patient. The video has been attached along with photos.

We have attached all the necessary details along with this message.

மீண்டும் பணி வழங்க வேண்டி 30 ஆயிரம் விண்ணப்பங்களுக்கு மேல் சமர்ப்பித்தும் இதுவரை எந்த தரப்பில் இருந்தும், ஒரு பதில் கூட அளிக்கவில்லை. கடந்த 8.11.2023ல் நமது தி.மு.க., அரசின் ஆட்சியை மிகவும் கொச்சையாக பேசிய பலருக்கு மீண்டும் பணி வழங்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது டாஸ்மாக் மேலாண்மை நிர்வாகம். (வீடியோ இணைப்பு கீழே உள்ளது.) ஆனால் தி.மு.க., தொண்டன் என்ற ஒரே காரணத்திற்காக ரூ.3 லட்சம் லஞ்சத்தை எதிர்பார்த்து நாயை விட கேவலமாக நடத்தும் இவர்களின் போக்கை தடுத்து நிறுத்தி உடனடியாக பணியாணை வழங்க ஆணையிடுமாறு முதலமைச்சர் ஐயா அவர்களை தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

The elite tasmac outlet located in Tambaram chennai doesn't allow customers inside the shop and creating an unpleasant experience for them standing in queues.the employees are also very unsupportive and careless . They don't provide bill for the purchase and are accepting only cash which is suspicious ....

Workers are hardly speaking, asking 10 rs extra per bottle. If we are asking full bottle they are taking 40 rs so, amount is not for a bottle, 10 rs for 180 ml...

Please consider this msg and take action, otherwise we may give petition in consumer court...

Why is TASMAC (government run liquor distributer and seller, Tamil Nadu) being allowed to charge it's patrons over the MRP for every bottle of alcohol purchased?

This has been going on for over a decade, and no one has been able to stop this. When sellers are questioned about this, they go into a fit of rage, getting into arguments, sometimes physically assaulting the patrons, and throwing the patrons out of the store. I live in Coimbatore, and all TASMAC outlets have been known to do this, and it's probably the same throughout the state of Tamil Nadu. And now to avoid any trace of such fraud, TASMAC outlets have banned the usage of debit and credit cards, they accept only cash.

It is unbelievable that a government run establishment behave in such a manner; in spite of such incidents being reported, and even being published in the newspapers.

Is there anything that can be done to stop this kind of behaviour by TASMAC, while not baring our rights to the consumption of such products?

The Elite TASMAC in Singanallur, Coimbatore charges 10 rupees extra for every bottle. When i refused to pay today they threatened me that I would not be allowed to buy there anymore. They say their debit/credit card machine is faulty all the time. Kindly take immediate action.

This tasmac located in pallavaram (opp to ya.mohaideen biriyani shop). Tasmac sales person asking to cutomer extra charge from MRP. behaving very rude.
Even they have support local rowdies.
So pls immediate action to that sales person.

Today I have purchased 750 ml in elite ship madurai kalavasal they have taken 1080 instead of MRP 1000, have filed case in consumer forum also, take necessary action towards the shop or else will lead to escalation, having proof of g pay sent

I live in valasaravakkam.
Normally I buy liquor in city side, where they don't take extra money.
For the past one month I started buying liquor from Valasaravakkam, chennai, Name of the shop is JIL JIL which is in MAIN ROAD, arcot road, very next to sathya fast food.
This particular shop especially a person called Elumalai takes, robbes extra 10Rs for quarter, 20Rs for Half bottle. His number, [protected].
And more over he is very rude to all the customers.
Pease look in to this matter.
So many times I called the Vigilance number, but no response.
I know drinking is bad, But i am responsible drinker.
Yesterday I felt so bad by Elumalai's behaviour.
He said with out extra money he will never sell liquor.He is bossing around like he owns TASMAC.
Please take some action.
Other products we go buy MRP, but taxmac we coul'nt insist.
Since i am in a corporate, I cannot fight with this TASMAC Employee, elumalai
I got his number when someone paid money through Gpay, even for GPay he take extra 20Rs.
I was asked to come to Alandur office to give a written complaint.
But I am afraid.

An illegal Tasmac Bar is operating in Valasaravakkam Please take appropriate action

My shop is located next to tasmac. All other shop is also run by women near tasmac. And also wine shop is next to hospital. My humble request you to move this wine shop somewhere else.

Still the tasmac shops are collecting additional 10 rs from mrp rate after even news flashed l. I asked them they are told that using cooling of beers it's cost, and some some told give correct corency, and in navalir shop they told they have getting change of ruppees in commission that's y they have collected the 10rs from. Us...

Then what is the use of orders and news published in in authenticate. No one is obey the rules..
Please take action for below shops.
