[Resolved]  Tata-Aig Life Insurance — Not reflecting my premium

I took tata aig life insurance policy in september 2008 . First payment of 6000.00 rupees (september )was through credit card and second (october)was through cheque.It was good up to that time.I took the ecs option and the date of ecs is 23rd of every month.
On 23rd of november 6000 deducted from my account but on 24 it came back in to my account when I talked to bank they said the ecs was not registered. I made a online payment of 6000.00 rupees for the month of november. After that on 23rd of december the ecs was activated and 6000.00 deducted from my account. but in january 2009 the same problem arised and the ecs was not deducted from my account. When I talked to bank they said that problem was with tata-aig because they haven't submit the mothly ecs form.
When I talked to Tata-aig customer care about the same, they said the my december premium is due.
I told them that I had already paid through ecs but they said it is not reflecting in their system, And if I won't pay the premium for dec the policy will be elapse.
16:feb:2009 I left that issue and tried to make the payment for month of january with online opition it shown the last premium due date as 23 december. When I finished with the online payment it deduct 11996 from my account.
18 feb 2009 today when i checked the online option of tata-aig it is still showing that my premium due date is 23rd december.
I don't know where to complain for this because they don't have the record of my 18000 rupees.
