I was sold policy by giving wrong promises and now both are not ready to take responsibility. I have been most loyal customer to HDFC and they sold just to earn commission which is very unethical we need to take action on these sales teams.
Even post sales TATA AIA is worst, you need to pay to call them and paying through credit card comes with sur charge which was not the case when buying an insurance.

We had purchased the TATAAIG policy for bile insurance in Nov 2024. We had raised one claim due to Bike accident on 20th March. The bike repair happened at HOnda authorized service center and payment was done directly as no cashless facility available. The claim number os [protected]. I am Deepika Kumari was employee of tata AIA agency channel. I resigned that organization because of misguided by supervisor mallicka ghosh. After resignation in portal my code is showing active. Many more times i went to branch for this problem but no one is solving.
I am very frustrated because of my active code i cant join anywhere. When I said to supervisor Mrs mallicka ghosh she abused me.

I am an NRE Customer and paid my TATA AIA Insurance premium this year from my Foreign Bank + Indian NRE account. I have provided all details / transactions / NRE proof etc but TATA AIA is sending an apology mail that i am not eligible. It is very shame from TATA AIA to behave like this inspite of submitting many supporting documents to prove that am an NRE customer and paid my Premium using Foreign Banks + NRE.

I have submitted the required docs last month and have been writing repeated reminders for confirmation of the receipt of the docs. I have not received any reply till date. Even called up customer care and lodged a complaint. Did not expect this service...
