We had purchased the TATAAIG policy for bile insurance in Nov 2024. We had raised one claim due to Bike accident on 20th March. The bike repair happened at HOnda authorized service center and payment was done directly as no cashless facility available. The claim number os [protected]. However even after 3 months, the claim is not processed and there are different responses from TATAAIG Pune team (Sabir Shaikh, Umesh Pawar, Santosh Thite)....

Extremely disappointed with TATA AIA Life Insurance.
My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is almost impossible to reach — long wait times, clueless representatives, and zero follow-up. I faced repeated delays in policy processing, and nobody seems accountable.
The app and website are confusing and buggy, making it harder to track policy status or raise queries. Even basic...

I purchased a life insurance policy (Policy No. C[protected] from Tata AIA Life on April 9, 2025, under the Maha Raksha Supreme Select plan. After the medical examination, the policy was declined due to TMT findings. However, even after repeated follow-ups, no refund has been processed.

Today 06/11/23 at 3:15;pm I Sk Mujahid Ahmad A existing customer of Tata AIA life insurance...in a customer visit book I fill all the formalities..than I ask for inquiry about my premium due.. but there is no one to hear..a peon who ask me to fill in customer visit book replies that Mr Amiya who's full name I don't no is ioperational staff.I ask him to call, he called him but Mr Amiya said that 15 to 20 minutes he have reach in branch office which is in Burma bypass, Bhadrak...I my self wait foe 20 to 39 minutes.after 30 minutes I collect phone no of Mr Amiya from peon..& I call Mr Anya at 7 pm..he ask me this not the right time to talk with him...I ask what is the right time? Dear Sir, I am an agency of TATA AIA and under which i am a leader with code: 5384824

For the business done in the Financial Year 2022-23 a TDS of â‚¹125000 was deducted but the same is not being reflected on the Income Tax Portal which has disabled me from filing my income tax return.
The same issue is being followed up by the branch manager from Ballari named Allama Prabhu for the past 2 month but all in vain.
If i fail to file the returns then i will be liable for a penalty of â‚¹150000
so kindly help me solve the issue at the earliest
