I am your customer for many years.
Very unusual after many years o[censored]sing Tata Broad Band . During my recent on Line renewal after buying a Pack, the renewal amount was added to an address phirbap10 @ vsnl.net instead of my usual ID [protected]@vsnl.net.
The first ID was a temperory ID given to me when Cable operators service was discontinued.
I had to order another Pack so as to continue with my usual ID.
Please look into the matter,and let me know, so that it does not happen again.
Further net Telephony is not clear during my calls to NEW ZEALAND, FRANCE and US.
Please set it right. My complaints through call center has not yielded any result.
