I applied for the Tata Card but till date i have not received the card but i got the bill for the same . As per TATA records My Card Number is [protected] & I have launched a complaint to customer care two Months back, still i am waiting to hear some thing from you . The worst part is that Customer care Number[protected] is not working from Last 1month
I wrote Emails in past also but always i got their standard copy paste reply that is nicely designed for the customers like me .
I am getting collection calls daily, I contact to Eastern Regional head for the same 10 days back but he is also speech less . Was this information helpful? |
