    I took 30000 on May 2021 on my tata credit card, I tried to convert it into flexipay but I received the amount in my next bill anyways. So I paid the amount in the next bill. But now it is also converted into flexipay and now I have to pay emi too.

      Sir I have received a message from Tata credit card stating that I have not be eligible for a car but I have never applied for a car and how did my detail go to the company I do not know I need to get the details regarding that and need an action against the people who have problem updated my details...

      I have used card in year 2018 have made payment asked for settlement received call 1st time settlement brooked second time received call from collection team they said have taken approval for second time on that basis I did payment but after that my account zeroization not done have called so many times emails massage no response no sort out yet, again calling for payment of 94000/- how possible when my card is blocked from last 2 years who used for 94000. The customer service is pathetic all are dumb hurrahing cm for payment they don't consider email WhatsApp anything they need only money. I m facing this issue from last 2 years its big mistake of my life I purchased tata sbi card. Now they are calling me 10 times in a day for collection all proof submitted by me instead of making account zeroization they are asking me to make more 20000 payment.

        I have received a SMS from presumably from TATA cards that my application fro TATA Card is not approved. I am quite baffled bcs I never applied for TATA Cards. I suspect some scrupulous agent has musused my personal detailes from TATA Star bazar outlet in Kharghar. TATA must take preventive measures to stop this unethical practice. It also tarnishes their image, which we are proud of.

          I was not using my tata credit card since aug 2018 and paid the then all the charges, my account was blocked and no transactions made on that.
          Surprisingly i received a bill where i had to pay the annual charges, i objected to for that as when my card is inactive why annual bill has been charged?

          Then it was told by customer care executive that it was blocked but was active and you have to pay the charges else your cibil will affect, i have paid the annual charges as told.

          Now when today i was looking for a loan it was rejected since my cibil was not in good shape while i was paying all the charges/emi on time when i investigated further i found that tata cards was affecting it.

          So just understand.

          1. On 6th jan 20, i paid 839/- in the liablity of 838. 37/- (After speaking to customer care that here should not be any liablity and give noc)
          But as a surprise they sent a bill with 502 on 12th of late fee, and now only late fee has reached to 3300 after impacting my cibil badly and cause of it i could not get an urgent required pl in this pandemic.

          Please refer the attached starting from jan20 to may 20.
          Meantime i have tried contacting tata credit card customer care nodal office and all possible contacts but there is no reply

            Dear sir,

            I have written several mails to customer care tata and sbi no one resolve or respond the problems

            You have issued a tata sbi card as lifetime free, there no charges for joining and annual as committed by your sales person, laterly you have pass the annual fees, i asked him he told you will get gift card on that amount pls clear the dues.

            After the false commitment i stopped using tata sbi card past one year again this year you have given auto debit option to royal sundaram they debited amt of rs 495.6 on dated 20/03/2020, after raise the query you reversed only 446/- and left to me amount of rs 50/-

            Then

            Again you passed annual fees on 10/04/2020 499+89.82, & 10/05/2020 48.90+8.79,

            Before clarification my mails you charged late fees amount of rs 600/- and 40.12+115.22 respectively on amount of rs 50/-

            Before clarification again you pass the charges second time on 03/07/2020 amount of rs 750+135 as late fees.

            All this mistakes happen only from your side, i don't want to pay for your mistakes am regularly written the mails, you have replied that your charges has been reversal on next statement then your person called me to taken my account number for reversal amount has been credit directly in your account still not received, after that i made the payment billed amount but there is no reversal amount received and your mail says card has been terminated, this is also 100% false commitment from you and no one responded properly, in this pandemic situation and financial crisis who is going to spend unnecessarly, am requesting pls reversal all the charges whatever you passed on this card and credit the same to my account as earliest

            Finally

            1) your tata card is not safe to customers and
            2) false commitments before and after,
            3) you charging heavy penalties to customers,
            4) no one responds customer queries, and
            5) your customer care number also a heavy chargeable
            6) before clarification passing again and again penalties
            7) harassment mails for dues amount

                  Tatacard dangerous and damaging my CIBIL score.
                  I had purchased a laptop from Croma in 2013 and Tata card executive offered me a credit card with no fees. And I realised Tata card with credit limit of only Rs10000.
                  Then I called Tata card customer care to cancel my Tata credit card and executive had confirmed that my card will be cancelled but seems it was not cancelled.

                  I have never purchase anything from Tata card nevertheless they charged me Rs 500 as annual fees.
                  Then I called again in Tatacard customer care. and again an executive informed me that I don't have to pay anything.

                  After few months I got an sms from Tatacard to pay Rs 3277.87 and again I had called customer care and I talked with supervisor and he confirmed that I don't have to pay anything as I have not purchased anything.

                  Then, today I have got the same message from Sbi card to pay Rs 3277 and Tatacard sent my name in CIBIL and my score is bad.

                  This time I called SBI and report my problem.
                  And I got below message from Tatacard.

                  ( Cardholder, your request for settlement of charges SR#[protected], on card no.ending XXXX2520, has been initiated. The same would be closed within 10 working days.

                  Hence, Croma is not good.
                  If you are an educated customer then go with Amazon. Amazon never disappoint you.
                  It's better to search company or store reviews in Google.

                  My issue In Short:- Croma Executive provide me a tata credit card and I had never used or purchase anything and requested to cancel it but Tatacard charged me Rs3277 unnecessary and damaging my CIBIL score.

                    I was getting call that 10000 voucher will be activated on my new tata card.
                    They hacked my details and 40000 got deducted from my credit card.

                    I complaint this to bank and they told as otp is shared they will not help on this issue. Now i want to get my money back from the frauders.

                      During the time of taking new Tata Card, the amount of Rs. 3, 499 has been deducted from my account stating for a mandatory promotional gift voucher of Rs. 3, 000. I got the gift voucher from for Yatra and have used as well. I applied for bus booking in Yatra and after the bus got broke down on July 24 2017, yatra has sent the promotional gift voucher back to SBI.

                      Few days before I called SBI customer care and got to know that Yatra has not communicated for the voucher code with SBI and they have registered a complaint for the same. But today one of the SBI consumer representative told me that they has sent me the gift voucher on 26 July 2017 to my registered mobile number and that coupon code has been expired already. But I have not received any message regarding the voucher code from SBI on my mobile number from July 26 2017.

                      Since on the name of promotional gift voucher, SBI has deducted my money only, I want my gift voucher back. They are fooling people on the name of promotional gift voucher.

                        Its very unfortunate for me that your service and charges for my card above said is wrong.
                        Why late fee i am cleared my all dues in last statement
                        Please closed my account and settled with reward points whatever balance because all information below :
                        1. At the time of taken card wrong information provided no annual fees.
                        2. Same way am ready to give but again without my shopping late fee.
                        I am blocking my card and no further use... Am going for higher authority of sbi for this type of fake information and charges.
                        Please close my card account, i don't want further for worst services and unwanted charges.
                        and do not add further charges.
                        Its ridiculous.

                          As per tata sbi card executive at tata croma, mulund, he told me to just pay 500 rs p. A. And we'll give you 1 lac credit limit, after documentation verification, i received one more offer from tata executive your eligible for tata platinum card something where credit limit is 5 lac, you have to pay just 3000 rs p. A., we 'll give you gift voucher worth rupees 3000, i agreed on this offer, after i received kit from tata card, there shown your card limit is just 50, 000 rs only, i try to contact to customer care bt their ivr systems take me round n round, so i not activate my card yet, after 1 month tata calling for bill payment which is 5, 800 rs something, how? I asked the executive they said please call to customer care or message problem on [protected] and you'll receive call from customer care within 24 hrs, but i received (27 august 2017, 09:21 am)'thank you for contacting us. We are unable to service your request at the moment. Please call card helpline for[protected]Sbi cards)/[protected] (Tata cards) or login to your account at sbicard.com we regret the inconvenience'.
                          Then i called to this numbers, luckily i reached customer care executive, i told him everything and he said we are taking your complaint, and we'll let u know, but i got this message (05 september 2017, 05:33 pm) 'dear tata card holder, we have evaluated your complaint related to credit limit against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card.
                          I try to reach customer care but ivr system hold me 15 min, and i still receive bill payment call from tata,
                          I blindly trust on tata, but after all this, tata is same as others.
                          Please help me, and resolved my complain,

                            Totally waste of tata sbi card and sbi credit card both are cheating
                            My tata sbi credit card limit has came 10000 only
                            My complaint is i have already have sbi credit card with limit 116000 now without information the credit limit has been decreased by 10000 and they have given me tata sbi credit card of 10000 rs limit.
                            I have already paid 499 rs annually fee for sbi credit card and now tata card will also charge me 499 rs annual fee.
                            Sbi team is totally cheating me it's fraud.
                            I don't tata sbi card and i am not interested to active my card and to pay annual fee of 499.
                            Please tell how to cancel the tata sbi card.

Currently i have got tata credit card from my offfice at tcs, bangalore only they told it is free of service and no annual fee, you will get good amount of cash back and every thing bla...Bla...But really i want to throw this card if thta executive will come again to office and i ll go for a police complaint if this will not care. This is really frustrating after no transaction also they have sent that your minimum amount need to be paid what the hell ?Man, really i want to close this account tell me the office or any address, i will go there and i need to close this card.

                                    MY self VED Pandey When I take this card they told that when I pay the first installment of this card they will give me a voucher of Rs 3000 of Jabong, but they still not deliver the vouchers and when I call on there customer care number, No executives is there to help us out I am totally frustated with there services, they don't fulfill the customer request.

                                      I had complaints about this by calling the customer care, 1st time they said this offer is not available on your card.
                                      Where in the web site it is mentioned clearly. On 2nd time when I raised again this issue they said OK you will be credits 500 within 7 days. But still I am waiting for the amount to credit to my account....

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have received the June month card statement with the purchase and other debits of Rs.32647.76. but the actual amount (manual calculated amount) is not matching with your billed amount. I have called so many time to the customer care rep. and them unable to resolve this. They said, it will correct on the next bill. Kindly request you to solve this problem.                                         Very very disghusting customer care service and the IVR process sucks. Having around 5000 reward points. Calling to the TATA empower cards Helpline, the person tells that I have called to LOST Card department.Such a disghusting service you provide to the customers in the rewards scheme. Do you think keeping a customer on hold for about 15-20mins is a respectable thing. The company itself needs to be filed a case. Every time I call the IVR its a big hell of it to follow the jumbling process. Hate the Tata Credit Card!!! Card number: [protected]

                                                  Dear Team I am supposed to get a Tata Credit cards joining gift voucher worth INR 3000 against my joining fee paid for the Tata Platinum Card. I've issued a request for the gift voucher on 22nd December, 2014 and i was promised that the same would be delivered to me within next 21 working days and today it is 20th February, 2015 and I am still following with them for my voucher which I've paid for in November itself. 11 Feb 2015 Dear Cardholder, thank you for contacting TATA Card. I just want to know if i had a due of INR 3000 on Tata Credit Card would they excuse me for not paying my dues for 3 months or would they penalise me on the due money. I just want to know what action can be taken against these credit card companies who penalise their client's for non-payment of dues on time..what action can i take against the Tata Credit Card???                                                     Hi I am vijay using Tata card last statement I get some unusual figure And charges taken double times even calling so many time I have not get Satisfied answer s for that I was using from past one year now don't want to continue Pls suggest me to close hassle free

                                                      Can anyone know how to connect with the customer care here.Also what will happen if there are some in valid transactions . Invalid in the sense, The vendor did not receive the said amount . How and when is the money transferred back . Is there some head quarter in Pune where I can go .                                                         Hi, I have done a transaction for RS 30600 .The amount was debited from my account, I received a confirmation on mail and sms, But the merchant receipt for the transaction was not generated . Here I have two issues: 1. Regarding the following case, I want to know that will the amount be transferred to the required authority or not . If not, what will be the next steps involved to get the money re-instated in my account. Please reply back . 2. I tried connecting with phone banking, but was not able to connect with the executive, I could not get the number to talk with executive . I cant even find the how to proceed to connect with the executive. For some option I required to give my branch code, I don't know that . So why is not my card number with other details being used for authentication? Why is this made so hard to connect with executive . I have other credit cards and in comparison to this they are great . Really Frustrating. Please connect back to me at [protected], [protected] as I am not able to connect even.                                                         I received a call for the transfer process initiation. By the call he took some details and said the refund process is complete. He hanged up after saying that the confirmation message will be received within 2 to 3 mins. Still I did not receive it .

                                                        Is this the standard procedure of refund?

                                                        I tried calling back but the person is not receiving any calls. Pls reply back on the same number .
