I take this opportunity to file a complaint regarding my credit card bill copy.Inspite of repeated request made to customer care i have still not received my bill st copy since sept-2010.Please look into the matter asap & revert back Was this information helpful? | 
i'm nagarajan. i'm working tata group company.i didn't receive my Jan'11 statement so far. i've posted my request more than 10 times to customer care. till now -17.02.2011 no reply. due to payment difference asking the statement. this will make us to reduce the loyalty - trust on tata card. if you don't want to provide service, kindly get back card immediatly.
