I worked with tcs e serve for citibank on dialer intialy and then on bucket 1 but in the month of april i fell ill and my doctor suggested to take res and my parents brought me back to my hometown and i decided to resign but my manager sent me abscond letter and i was in touch with them through mails and was continiously responding to their mails but still even after knowing that i am ill they forced me to come to delhi and then resign and my doctor strictly refused to do that knowing all this my manager declared me as terminated from the services i want to know who is wrong in this .Pls reply to may query
