Here is the timeline of my experience:
May 13, 2025: An HR representative called to schedule a telephonic interview for Thursday, May 15. No email confirmation or message was sent, and the interview never took place.
May 19, 2025: After a week of no contact, the HR representative called to reschedule the interview for Wednesday, May 21.
May 19, 2025 (later): I received an email with interview details for Tuesday, May 20. This email, however, contained another candidate's name and personal details, raising serious concerns about data privacy and how many other candidates may have received my information.
May 20, 2025: I sought clarification regarding the incorrect email and my interview timings. I was simply advised to ignore the previous mail.
May 21, 2025: The interview finally took place.
May 26, 2025: An HR representative called me at 9:30 PM, instructing me to submit documents by the next day.

This level of disorganization, particularly the breach of candidate's privacy demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism. Kindly delete all candidates' details when you cannot handle their privacy.
