I was trying to alumni portal to get form 16 but login is not. I tried to reset the password but the answer to my secret was not getting capture and now I cannot login as it says I need to register. When I try to register it says I already have registered. I need to download my form 16. Kindly help with my query asap.

Dear Team,

I am unable to register to alumni portal on TCS. My LWD was 18 May 2026.

I tried registering multiple times and still getting as user register failed.

TCS Alumni portal is not working properly. My account is locked and i have raised around 4 tickets for none of which i have received any response. There is no contact number provided elsewhere .So, its been more than 3 weeks that i have been trying yet no reply. This shows the accountability they hold and the amount of negligence they are carrying .

I am a former employee (Emp ID:2149598) who exited TCS in [October, 2025]. I had taken an advance of ₹1, 20, 000 in February, which was fully adjusted by September. However, I have now been asked to pay ₹95, 499 as an outstanding advance, which I do not understand.

I got a call from Name Suraj in name of job assistance I have paid 3292/-, 4673/-, 9557/-, 14764/- and 16192/- and he got me enrolled in various courses and got my consent for activation on mail, again he started to ask more money for another course .

I denied within couple minutes I asked for refund, he denied there is no refund policy .

I worked for TCS in India since 2010 through 2014 as Sr. Consultant. I requested TCS by submitting PF withdrawl forms and follow up with PF department however there was no response. They are still holding my PF.

I request Govt. of India to take immediate action against them and banned them to do any business with United States. I also submitted complaint against with US Department of Labor.
