Also be informed that you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM, and the cost of duplicate SIM is Rs.49. And also be informed that as per the process we would unable to refund the amount of Rs. 49.

    Sir,

    I am from surathkal, Mangalore. I had applied for passport before few weeks. I am female a student staying away from home and living in hostel. I had recently got a phone call from my native police station to come for verification for the permanent address. After I finished police verification there I used to get missed calls from this number [protected].

    One fine day the person gave long ring and to my surprise it was from police station. His job is to verify the documents of the persons who applies for passport. I don't know why the hell he used to give missed calls, I couldn't gather my daring to ask him why he did so. On[protected] ie., yesterday my police verification got over, but still I am getting missed calls!!

    The thing is how to give complaint while the person itself is calling from a police station??!! Please Help me!!

    today ,11th oct 2012, thusday at 10:41 am, i received a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from Pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

        Hi,
        I am using Tata Dokmo Service mob no [protected]. Everyday these people deduct 5 rs from my account on behalf of VOV subscription for past one week . I never subscribed for this service , but still paying. I tried to stop this service using their customer care service but no option is available to stop it and also no way to contact to customer care people. How can I stop this service , I really disappointed from this . Please help.

          The current Tata Docomo Sim Card is having very poor network quality. It does not work in basements while others like Airtel work there. Also I don't get good voice quality while speaking. So whoever is thinking for Do-Do-Do-Do-Docomo after seeing its liar ads, you feel cheated. Buy Airtel, its the Best!

            Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed at Rs 1 till[protected]. To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

            I am also facing same problem on my mobile no. +91-[protected]. Nearly 50 ruppes has been deducted till date. I am also not able to deactivate it thru 155223(IVR is saying no service is active) and *191#(NETWAP service is not present here to put request for deactivation). Please deactivate it refund my money or expalin me how to resolve this?

                Are you joking ? or can't you read the mail carefully? read my mail carefully, I have already informed that I had requested for cancellation of this phone and already handed over both mobile and land line handsets to your executive at Dharwad on 23 Jan 2012, then how can it be suspended for non payment in March? when both headsets are with you from 23 Jan 2012, how can you bill me for usage till April? you should return the money I had paid for the handsets, instead of that you are asking me to pay the outstanding which is wrongly billed to me? check your executives and clear this issue. if you will not settle this issue ASAP I will surely go for legal action against you for cheating and wrongly billing me, as below mail trail clear shows how you people cheat and wrongly bill the customers.

                  I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/-
                  I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune.
                  Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer care (121) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider. So please help me to deactivate this promo from my caller tune.

                      AVOID GETTING A TATA DOCOMO POSTPAID CONNECTION - THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. In addition, even 3 months after cancelling my account, I am still getting bills - more than 20 complaints have been lodged, they still have not stopped sending me bills.

                      I had paid Rs 3000 to Tata Docomo when I got their post-paid connection - They had collected this saying that this is the security deposit for ISD and international roaming. In November I had asked them to end the ISD and international roaming service and refund my money. They did not do this for 2 months. On Jan 9th I asked them to close down the whole account and refund my money - they haven’t shut down the account till now and they are being very evasive about if/when they will refund the money. They say I have to go to the office - but their executive came and collected the money from the house. They say I have to fill in forms, but they do not send any forms to fill. They say that I "might" get the money by cheque in 45 days "after" account inactivation - but they do not inactivate the account.

                      I have made multiple complaints/calls/requests - Nothing is happening

                        My docomo connection is very very important, because this connection is my official connection, in my office all my official purposes are being done through this number (+91-[protected]) . Go to hell, why is this happen suddenly from today's morning this connection is blocked and "Invalid Sim" is being shown in my mobile cell's display? I have more than Rs . 150/- balance is there.

                        If you either give me back the connectivity which is too much important or give me back this remaining balance (more than Rs .150/-) otherwise I shall go through the proper channel with officially to place complain at proper place.

                        This is my official number, again I am telling. I want the solve this hazardous problem within 2 hours at any cost.

                          I was using a prepaid no. of tata docomo[protected] since september 2011 and due to my job requirements need to get it converter to Postpaid connection, so i just went to Mohali office in Phase 3B2, and got it converted on[protected] and just 2nd day i have to go for some meeting to Ambala and i was completely out of signal and was not reachable, i rushed to your office as soon as i could after returning to Mohali on the same day itself and they gave me an option to look out the signal manually and the next day same problem continued and i tried my best to find the network manually but it was a complete waste of time.

                          Further on[protected] they have just bard my outgoing calls and was not able to make calls from my no. so again i rushed to Mr. Gurdeep Singh your official at 3B2 office, so he just convinced by saying that it will be regained on[protected] morning but it dint happened and i lodged a complaint to your customer care no. on[protected] and they gave me date i.e. of [protected] and told that all services will be resolved till the given date and my complaint reference no. is[protected].

                          To this all yesterday i.e. on[protected] they have even blocked my incoming call and as i am into sales job i cant even afford to miss even a single call but the problem persist and i am out of services completely.

                          So kindly take some action and ask them to make compensation to me as with every loss of each call i am loosing good amount of money.

I got conformation balance set to 150. due to out of station i was not using this number from 1st sep 2010 to 20th Dec 2010.                             By this forum, i hope my point will be noticed by the authorities of TATA service providers!! I was about to online recharge my mobile number for rs.15 on 29th nov 2011.. But i couldn't find any debit card (maestro) related with INDIAN BANK which is one of the widely used banks in India..                             Why is it that online recharge of 3G smart life plan rs 250 is not available for some numbers? It is shown in the list of recharge options for old numbers but not for all new numbers.

                            i hope my point will be noticed by the authorities of TATA service providers!! I was about to online recharge my mobile number for rs.30 on 10th feb 2013.. But i couldn't find any debit card (maestro) related with INDIAN BANK which is one of the widely used banks in India.. And i found only sbi at the maestro debt card sections and no other banks i could find but i am having problem with sbi also bcoz maestro cord won't have expiry date and 3 digit pin, but it is asking for 3 digit pin and expiry date.. Hope the tata docomo service providers will take this as a point of concern when they get through this and i expect these things to be sorted out at the earliest.. Since it could help many users of a service provider. Though they give a wide range of coverage i m very much depressed with this issue.. Expecting to settle these things off soon..

                            But I got the offer as local docomo calls free for 2500mins, which is not at all required for me.I opted the plan for STD use and got for local docomo usage.



                            When I called customer care service to check about my offer, i got a really bad response from them.

                            They are not supposed to refund the amount and said that all the plans are changing and its under process.If that is the case then why they haven&#039;t updated their site.Customers are not fools.They dint even provide the reference Id for the call.

Though the transaction was successful and debit has also come to my account, but no recharge credit has come to me.                             Tata Docomo, an excellent fraud company. I did an online recharge for for an amount of 171 and the amount was deducted. The Docomo Customer care gave me the worst experience. They charged me to speak with the
                            agent and no one was speaking on the other end. I even tried registering the complaint was even unsuccessful.

                              lodged the above complain in respect of my tata photon+ ([protected]) recharging amount of Rs.1500/- debited twice, for which I have no record or evidence from tata docomo , which is must for me. To my A/c with state bank of india.and my debit card no. 622***********42494

                              without my confiramation company debit my a/c twice.I do not have given instruction debit amount twice there for the second debit of Rs.1500/- stands unauthorized. In the evening due to some technical problem, the connectivity was not available, In the mean time I got the information through bank in respect of this two debits. There was no reason for me to go for making payments recharging amount twice,

                              Please help me to get back refund Rs.1500/- immediately. Alternately, the recharging amount of Rs.3000/- recovered as stated above be made available to me for extended validity of six months.

                                  I bought my Tata Photon dongle (Device number [protected]) on 15 march and given my address correctly but in the welcome mail my address was entered incorrectly due to which tata stopped my service on 27 march. I Filled my 1st complaint on 28 March and they assured me it would be resolved
                                  31st march and till that time i have been visited tata photon retailer for 5 times but there was no response from there side.I have again putted up complaint on 31 st of march ....but still there is no response.

                                  i am suffering so much because of tata photon services
                                  i suggest you friends not to buy any services from tata as they do not know the meaning of customer satisfaction

I have launched the complaint at CC service 20 times but no action has been taken yet. I had taken the dongle for my children as they had exams but it has been of no use till date. Please let me know till when will this dongle will start working.

                                    hi I'm from Philippines,i have friend who is there in japan already now..he send me an email last 2 weeks already to his Docomo phone but until now i cant still send him an email..they just told me that the only people can send him an email was the only people who use a docomo phone or the people who is stay in japan.. what should i do? he just only know my yahoo account, i try to use allot of accounts like hot mail, g mail, yahoo or even a japan website i try to register also just hoping that i can send him an email i try to send a mail and ask question to Docomo also...

                                      I am highly disappointed with the way TATA DOCOMO company treated me regarding my GSM connection (Mob No: [protected]).
                                      I switched to TATA DOCOMO connection from Reliance GSM connection in April 2011 using MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service. At the time of porting, I submitted all the required documents to TATA DOCOMO office at Gaurav Tower, Malavia Nagar, Jaipur.

                                      This number worked well for almost a year. However, on 26 March, 2012; when I tried to make a call from my number, I got to know that my outgoing service has been blocked. I was asked by TATA DOCOMO Customer Care Representative to contact to the nearest DOCOMO office.

                                      I rushed to DOCOMO’s office at Gaurav Tower, Malaviya Nagar, Jaipur on 27th March 2012 and enquired about the matter. Mr. Sumer (office representative) asked me to complete the document verification process and submit a fresh photograph and i.d. proof. I submitted a copy of my driving license as i.d. proof along with a passport photograph and signed the form which was given to me by Mr. Sumer. He ensured me that the outgoing service of my number will be activated soon.

                                      But, on 29th March 2012, I was shocked when I saw that my DOCOMO sim has been permanently blocked. I got very tensed and contacted again to DOCOMO office at Gaurav Tower, Malaviya nagar, Jaipur. Mr. Shantanu (office representative) informed me that your connection has been permanently de-activated due to incomplete verification. However, on my request, he saw the records and found that I have already submitted the required documents within deadline on 27th March 2012.

                                      Mr. Shantnu didn’t provide me the satisfactory response and I contacted to Nodal Authorities of TATA Docomo. The authorities informed me that we have not received your documents at the Main Office, Jaipur and hence, debarred your sim. It was very disappointing for me that my documents were not forwarded by your Malaviya Nagar, Jaipur office.

                                      Sir, it is clear that I have suffered due to inadequate management of this company. And the customer has been wrongly tortured even after submitting all the required documents. What is my fault, Sir? Why my sim has been blocked? It has been proved by this incidence that this company is no more trustworthy and the way they treat customers shows their negligence towards responsibilities. I am really fed up of making calls to your Nodal incharges and authorities of DOCOMO for this matter and it seems that no one is there to take care of a DOCOMO customer.

                                      I request you to please look into the matter and help me to get my DOCOMO connection back with the same number and impose a heavy penalty to TATA DOCOMO to stop such incidences in future.
