[Resolved] Tata Docomo / Tata Indicom — Automatic activation o[censored]nnecessary packs | |||
Hi! I am Arup Dey having Tata Docomo (earlier Tata Indicom) number [protected], received an SMS from 155223 stating that I have subscribed some parde ke peeche Pack and so they deducted Rs 30/- from my account around 11:12, which I never did. I called customer care and asked them about this and to log complaint. I was told that it's my fault and I have activated it from Tata Zone in error. Even after repeated statement that I have not done it and to log a complaint, he (customer care executive's name ROHIDAS JOGLE) outwardly denied it and said he cannot do it as it's my fault and when I asked his shift in-charge's name to escalate the matter, he said it's company's personal information he cannot share it. If Tata Docomo is doing such thing to a 6+ years old customer, I doubt what it is doing with new customers. Overall, I would like to know from any of the Tata Docomo customer care how to get into Tata Zone from Karbonn KC320 handset. I would really like to know if there is any hidden facility in this handset which I was unable to discover in two years. Please refund my money at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
