[Resolved]  tata indica dls — How Tafe Reach Chennai uses customers money as working capital

I booked a car Indica DLS with TAFE Reach Chennai on Jan 20th by paying Rs.10,000/ and went for a bank loan, the bank insited to pay the full amount ( Proforma Invoice amount ) as DD including my margin money.

The car was delivered on Feb 5th and the dealer never bothered to pay back the money inspite of repeated followups. The irony is TATA's Customer care division is good and I had experienced the same with my other Tata Vehicle. Inspite of complaint to the customer care and their regional manager following up for the same the dealer is very reluctant to pay the money to me.
