[Resolved]  Tata Indica Vista — Refund of Rs.10000/- not yet given

We bought an Indica Vista car from your Alappuzha showroom on 18.07.2009 in the name of Mr. N. Harimohan Pillai. The sales agent was one Mr. Harish. We exchanged our car Maruti Zen along with the purchase of VISTA, for which he offered us an exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- which he assured us to credit to the SB account of my father Mr. Harimohan Pillai. The amount was not credited on the date he promised. Later when we called up he said he lost the account number and asked us to give the number again and we did it. Still the amount was not credited. Then he said, the Maruti Zen is not yet sold and the process is going on and the amount will be credited in two days. After a week, again we called up. He said, the car is sold, but the amount will be credited only when my father will be issued the RC book of Vista. When the RC book came we called him up again, but he didn't answer tha calls. Since the past 8 months we have been trying to contact him, but invain. Last month I called up Mr. Sureshlal, Manager(sales) of your Alleppey branch. He assured me the refund of money in two days. I reminded him twice and by the first week of this month, Mr. Suresh told me that he had a talk with Harish who is in hospital right now because of his moher's illness and that Harish has promised to credit the amount in two days. I waited till yesterday. Today when I called up Mr. Suresh, to my great surprise, he tols me that the amount cannot be credited because Harish told him that there was no such scheme at that time.
Now, what I want to say is that, if the amount is not given to us as promised, I will have to seek the help of court which will ruin the reputation of RF motors.
