Acceleration problem

I am having vista suffice since 2009. I am maintaining it well. I had fitted cng kit in the car in year of 2011.
But since last one year i am facing a unique problem. While driving car accelerator doest work many times and at that time i turned of the engine and restarts the car, accelerator works .thus happens regularly within 2 to 3 KMS.
Tata service center persons are also not getting the solution for this problem .

Damaged and old tire & rim in New Vista purchased

I got a new Indica Vista VX delivered from Hyson Motors, Thrissur. The new vehicle delivered was found to have the from front tyres and rim replaced with old and damaged once. As a lay man the only thing I could find is this and I doubt if many of the original parts are replaced and customers are being cheated.
This is an act of fraudulence which is of Criminal nature....

knee pain due to clutch

The tata indica vista diesel quadrajet clutch is too hard and i bet you will have a knee problem by the time you drive 20000 kms.Shown this to the authorised garage however they too ased me to change clutch related parts every 25000 kms and it is quite normal as per them.
This obviously means shelling out Rs 15000/- every time.Better opt for AT car and TATA never !!...

car door frame rust

i purchased a brand new TATA indica vista 8 months before
when i went for water wash ,the door frame balck sticker got peel off and the frame's divsional channel also got rust.
Very poor qulaity of door frame sticker and also poor methodology of fixing in door.

complaint about a brand new Indica Vista

I booked a new Tata Indica Vista QuadraJet Aura Edition at the Prerana

Motors(Lal Bagh Road) Bangalore. The delivery of the car was on the 20th of

Nov 2009 at 2pm IST. we reached there and finished all pre delivery

formalities and went near the car to drive it home and guess what the car is

not received gift for 5 months

We bought a Tata Indica Vista on June 18,2009 from ARAS,Madurai. In the scratch card we got a cell phone gift.The dealers told that we would get the cell phone within 10 days.But inspite of repeated remainders we did not receive the gif even after 5 months.We also complained to the head office of Tata cars.They assured as that they would take the matter with the dealer.But nothing happened.kindly take action against the dealer ARAS....

Assured gift not received

Hi,

I have purchased a TATA INDICA VISTA (aura) from Lexus Motors ltd, Kolkata, in december '08.
I was assured a gift( a tata indicom walky) from TATA Motors before I purchased that.
Now it is October '09, one more December to come, till now I have not recieved the gift.

I have sent repetitive mails to '[protected]@tatamotors.com' , with a settings of getting a feedback mail...

improper sales procedure

dear manager,
i'm an army offr who is very proud of the indianness of the TATA company. however, i booked my tata car in Blue colour.now i have been given to understand that the colour is not being produced. i have made several queries but no responce is fortcomming.
Pl let me know if the colour of my choice cannot be made avail. kindly respond.
