[Resolved] TATA Indica VISTA Quadrajet — Steering, Shocks Up, Tyre Related | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I Had bought Indica Vista Quadrajet Aura on october 2008, that time i thought that i'm a proud owner of indica vista but after some months i feel some riding and handling problem in my car like when i'm going to turn 360 degree turn, i feel all four tyres moving in different direction, little bumpy means zig zag type reaction, its very irritating and my car's driver seat is always crawling like che cheeee , it's sounds every time no matter that i'm in smooth road or bumpy road, that third one is related to steering, i feel every normal bump in my steering and i got sound like guttt gutt. I told all above problem on second servicing to service executive, he told me that he had to change steering column twist beam (Under Warranty) to do solve my problem and tighten driver seat nut bolt, but i'm surprised after taking delivery of my car that my all above problems are as it is i left, i told same problem in third free servicing but again service executive not satiafied me and my problem did't solved yet after riding 25000+ Kms, i think the problem is in steering or ball joint or in front suspension, i doono what can i do for correcting those problem, if i got faulty steering or faulty suspension by factory fitted, i have to right to change any faulty things under warranty without any argu, but i think service professional trying to avoid my problems, i bought your vista instid of maruti swift for 5.38 lacs, you just do some training camp for your service center or service executive for how to rectify problems instid of avoiding those problems coz avoided problems are returned, returned and again returned, that "returned" thing affect TATA MOTOR'S reputation and popularity in people. After all above things i just want you to correct my all above problem, i know my car is the best hatch back in the market, thats why i choose Vista ( Thx to Tata),but when we expend 5.38 lacs we aspect that it is worth spending, i hope you understand my problems, i'm very kind of you i[censored]'ll see my problem and suggest or get some solutions. looking forward for your reply. -- Regards Anupam Sharma Mob. Dear siri have tata indica v2 dls diesel car purchased at 24nov 2007, from Miles motors pvt ltd atladara,vadodara, sir your car and its performance is good i am enjoy to drive, but presently i facing a problem with tyre, all four tyre make apollo in all tyre air is come ,my car is hardly passed 60,000km,will you please help me or if i go for warrenty claim how your company,dealer will help me reply urgent thanks

Iam facing the same steering problem. Every service, i have been convinced to ride with the same problem. Yesterday, i gave it for fourth free service, same reaction from service Engineer, they say the same comment "Its common in all Vista cars". But i could feel the difference with steering, when i ride another vista car. Steering is very hard for me. two years completed. ride with same problem, Planning to sell back and buy swift. or any other vehicle but not going back to TATA motors anytime in my life.
I too have a problem with the suspension. Whenever I complained, during free service the service engineers used to address the problem but the problem always came back. This time around the service advisor asked to replace the suspension parts as the service is paid now and the 2-year warranty is expired. Extended warranty does not cover this part.
I have been a loyal customer of Tata. After owning a Indica V2, I switched to Indica Vista. This is what I get.

i have indica vista and it met with an accident.but its parts(frt bumper,h.light,radaitor,condenser,p/strg pipe,diesel filter assy etc.) not availble with any dealer in gujarat and rajasthan.
