I am a regular customer of your service. This is regarding call balance issue. I have recharged my mobile 5th September, 2011 of Rs. 249/- for STD 2000 mins for Tata to Tata. But today unfortunately I came to know that my account is nil and all STD mins were finished. In my knowledge we haven't used full mins. think there is some mistake in your system.
